Our 2 bedroom, 2 full bath rental is in the heart of the 12th South district in the middle of Nashville. It is only about a 5 minute Uber/Lyft downtown, and easily accessible to the interstate if you are looking to travel elsewhere. The place features a luxurious living room, dining room with pool table which doubles as dining room table, an open and modern kitchen, 1 king and 1 queen size bedroom on the main floor, each with its own separate full bath. Whatever you may be trying to do, our rental is in a great location, the amenities are fabulous, and we are positive that you'll enjoy your stay in Nashville!

Great home, perfect location

My family of three stayed here for a few days. Great location for walking to restaurants and shops and a short ride away from most attractions like Broadway, Bluebird Cafe, Riverfront, etc. Clean and stocked with everything we needed, plus a pool table and covered front porch for entertainment and relaxing when taking a break from exploring the area. We would absolutely stay here again!

Loved the house and the location. Super clean and the layout and decor is perfect! This part of Nashville is great, conveniently located near food and shopping. Perfect distance to downtown and other sights, yet away from the chaos, in a quaint neighborhood. The only surprise is that you don't have the whole house, there is an upstairs apartment attached. No big deal, except the insulation is terrible and you can hear every footstep, drawer open and toilet flush, which woke us up every morning. Would stay again if nobody was going to be upstairs.

We were there to go to Ryman. This was a great house away from the business of Broadway. It was walkable to many shops and restaurants on 12 South and quick Uber ride to Broadway. It was a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again!

Nashville Trip

This property was exceptionally clean and in a super location. Many places to walk to get coffee in the morning, snacks, dinner, pizza, shopping, this area had it all! I recommend Burger Up and Edley's BBQ. Was a 10 -15 min Uber ride into downtown Nashville.

Charming home in a great location

Great communication from property mgr prior to our stay. Close to Belmont and steps away from 12 South shops and restaurants. There were people staying in the upstairs space but we never heard them at all. Would love to have curtains to close or room darkening shades to allow for better tv viewing during day in living room (glare/reflection from windows on tv screen). Will definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Great place, but a little misleading

Overall, this was great place to stay. The location was very convenient to all the excitement of 12 South. Check in/out was easy, the place was clean and was exactly as presented in the pictures. Although we didn't use any of the kitchen appliances or cook, it was fully furnished with everything you'd need. It fit all of our needs for our short stay. When booking this residence, we assumed we had the whole house to ourselves as the title says "2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in 12 South!" There wasn't anything in the ad that lead us to believe this house also has an apartment upstairs. This wasn't a problem for us, but we could hear the renters above us walking around, talking and using the shower/toilet. Depending on the upstairs renters, I could see noise potentially becoming a problem or issue.

No privacy & an aparment...not a house

The apartment, there were other rental units in the upstairs, this unit was just the main level of the house... not a 2 bedroom house that it was described as. It made it very inconvenient and uncomfortable for our girls trip. We actually did not stay there the last two nights of the 3 night rental. You could hear the other renters talk in their regular tones as well as walk or flush the toilet. Clearly they could hear us as well. The door seperating the units was a pocket door that didn't keep out noise either. Also, the sheer shades made it very uncomfortable at all hours, but especially at night. It is very close to stores, bars and restaurants so everyone could see in the house. A curtain over the shades would have been wonderful. The pictures are exactly what the apartment looked like. Really cute place, we were just so dissapointed over all.

Sarah, Sorry to hear you had a bad time. I never heard from you at all that noise from the 2nd floor was an issue. About once a year we have someone complain about it, and we address it immediately in order to accommodate. As you can tell from the other reviews, the vast majority of the people thoroughly enjoy the rental. Best of luck finding another place of similar decor, quality, location, amenities and price, right on the 12th Ave South strip in the future. - Neil

Vandy Graduation weekend

This house is in a great location. We walked several times to 12S to eat, shop, or just walk. It is a perfect size for two couples or in our case, my husband, two daughters, and myself. The weather was perfect for sitting on the cute front porch.

Girls weekend

The house is as presented in the photos and was clean and had a wonderful location. The house is a good size for 3 girls traveling for a weekend . The downside of this property is that there is a rental upstairs that turned over 3 x in the 3 days we stayed there. We didn’t know the property is shared with others and the only lock between the other rental and main floor is a pocket door in the kitchen with a minimal lock on it. The property listing doesn’t disclose that the property is shared until check in 3 days prior and you can most definitely hear the upstairs tenants if you’re in the second bedroom as my friend was woken up both nights to loud banging and noise above. If you look to rent the entire house it is well maintained and a great location but renters be advised there is another rental on the second floor.
