Why they chose this property
We purchased this property for the location. We love being able to walk to town for restaurants and bars, or to Something Natural for sandwiches and then Steps Beach for the day. We painted every surface, upgraded the furniture and kitchen accessories and spend many weeks here each year. It's also close to Children's Beach and the bike paths. Central AC is rare to find on island and that was definitely a factor for us when we were deciding since we like to be able to be comfortable in the summer months.
