Private and guarded Gaou Benat, overlooking the sea and the island of Levant.
Beautiful stone house Bormes. Completely refurbished in 2015.
Living room-kitchen with center island, 2 bedrooms with bathroom (shower and sink), 1 terrace covered by an electric awning, south-east south with outdoor shower, hot water, cold water
The bottom of the garden descends steeply
In summer, the villa is rented from Friday to Friday

The apartment, completely refurbished in 2015, is located high in the town of Forks part of the private domain of Gaou Benat with guard at the entrance.
Easy access by road and you can stop in front of the house to unload luggage and then park (for free) the car between 50 to 200 meters away.

Arriving at the crossroads of Lavandou, direction and FAVIERE THE CAP BENAT, switch the position of the guard Gaou Bénat and turn immediately right into VAROISE cornice, cornice and follow this for 2.9 km. The path of the squirrel is on the left. The villa is located at No. 11 feel the squirrel.

Cap Benat ist wunderschön

Das Appartement ist in einem Komplex mit insgesamt 3 weiteren Wohnungen,sehr eng beeinander. Die Schlafabteile sind in Trockenbauweise vom Wohnraum abgetrennt und fensterlos!! Schlafen ist also nur bei ge= öffneten Türen angesagt.Die "Bäder" +WC " sind eng, die Waschbecken ca 30 cm im Durchmesser und total ungeeignet. Zugang zum Haus nur zu Fuß möglich,Auto sollte 200m entfernt auf der Strasse bleiben.Gepäcktransfer daher sehr beschwerlich,ebenso schwerere Einkäufe(Gertränke etc) Die Terasse ist nur zu einem Drittel gefliest,der Rest mit Holzelementen belegt,die sich in Auflösung befinden. Wenn man das in Kauf nimmt,läßt es sich dort gut leben. Insgesamt sind wir der Meinung,dass die Anzeige mehr verspricht als das Objekt zu halten im Stande ist.Trotzdem wars ein schöner Urlaub

Vue splendide Domaine magnifique et reposant propriétaire compréhensif et arrangeant L'appartement est très bien fourni et permet de passer un bon Séjour Point à améliorer pour les équipements : aspirateur et ventilateurs défectueux materiel de jardin vieillissant (chaises) pour rendre le séjour à la perfection. Nous avons passé 2 semaines magnifiques malgré les grosses chaleurs

Très bon séjour

A part un accès un peu difficile pour une personne qui n'est pas au mieux de sa forme (89 ans !), séjour très agréable dans un appartement bien équipé et confortable, jouissant d'une très belle vue vers la mer et l'île du Levant. J'y ai passé de belles vacances et je ne peux que le recommander.

Le domaine du Gaou Bénat est remarquable

On remercie le propriétaire pour ce charmant séjour ! Il faut par contre savoir que nous ne pouvons en aucun cas aller à la plage à pied à part si on pratique le parapente ! Un séjour dans le calme absolu conforme à notre attente . Merci

Vue magnifique

L’appArte ment est situé dans un domaine protégé absolument magnifique. La vue de la terrasse est incroyable et la deco soignée. La plage est accessible en voiture , 5 mn, on se gare très facilement .les deux petites plages du domaine son parfaites car il y a très peu de monde. Le plus, les belles randonnées à faire en pleine nature au pied de la maison. Nous reviendrons!

Tres bon séjour !

Appartement bien équipé de 3 pieces dont le charme repose sur la jolie vue sur une colline boisée et la mer. La décoration est moderne et de bon goût. Venus hors saison, nous avons donc profité du calme, de l'absence de problemes de circulation, et de plages quasi désertes. Venir fin octobre, alors que nous avons bénéficié d'un temps tres ensoleillé, nous a aussi permis de ne pas souffrir de l'exces de chaleur, en dépit de l'orientation sud de la grande baie vitrée, et de l'absence de fenêtres dans les chambres. Il y a de nombreuses possibilités de randonnées et de visites dans les environs. Superbe vue circulaire sur le massif des Maures et toute la côte, à 10 mn de l'appartement en montant, aux pieds de l'antenne. Les personnes qui gèrent l'appartement sur place sont disponibles et charmantes.

Tres belle location

Appartement en rez-de-chaussée très agréable avec vue magnifique sur la mer et l ile du levant. Location propre, bien équipée, fonctionnelle et rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Terrasse extérieure tres agreable avec ses transats et store électrique. Domaine boisé, sécurisé, très calme et très beau. Ses tennis et ses 2 plages privées sont un atout. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et accueillants. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.
