4 bedroom/2 bath updated top floor with 3 DECKS just 7 houses from the beach!

Colleen was wonderful to work with and a fantastic guest! She stayed at my house right after the big storm in October 2026 and checked out the property for me like it was her own home. I knew she would take care of the house the same way, and I hope she comes back and stays with her family for another week in OCNJ!

When the family contacted me with concerns about the cleanliness of the property, I responded immediately and sent my cleaner back to the house. She repeated the cleaning, reported that everything was in good condition, and felt that the family was satisfied after she addressed their concerns. The property is professionally cleaned between every rental, with deep cleanings at the beginning and end of each season. Normal seasonal wear is addressed as needed. I understand that everyone has different tastes when it comes to décor and finishes. The kitchen has granite countertops, white cabinetry and an Italian tile floor, all of which are accurately represented in the listing photos so guests know what to expect before booking. Rather than debate every complaint, I’ll let our history speak for itself: a 9.8/10 rating from more than 50 guests, with recent guests specifically praising the cleanliness, condition, accuracy, location and value. I’m sorry this family was dissatisfied. I do hope they enjoyed being just seven houses from the beach, as well as the front, back and rooftop decks that make the property such a special place for our guests.

Cory was a wonderful guest. He showed great respect for the property and was an excellent communicator to me with an issue that occurred with the AC unit (AC and heater now being replaced). He was a pleasure to deal with and I would gladly rent to him again.

Brandee was a fantastic guest! She had a wonderful time in our home and treated it like it was her own. We would love to have her back again!
