Superb contemporary wooden villa with pool in valleys of the ferret, quiet subdivision, located 500m from the beach of the basin and within 1 km of the sea (access by a cycle track).
Villa of 180 m2 with a very large central room: living room, dining room, kitchen and pantry. The main room serves 2 wings each 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and toilet, or one side 1 bed 160, 2 beds 90 and extra beds only 1 in 90, 1 bathroom with shower and the other side 2 beds in 140 and 1 bathroom with shower and bath (or 9 beds).

Magnifiques vacances

Quartier extrêmement calme idéalement situé au Canon. Tous commerces de qualité à proximité. La maison a deux pas du bassin et de l’océan. Herrliches Ferienhaus

Ruhige Lage, toller Pool und sehr schöne Einteilung der Villa. Direkt am Fahrradweg. Alles per Rad erreichbar. Viel privacy & tolle Aussicht. Villa ist für 6 Erwachsene (3x DZ) und 3 Kleinkindern (Etagenbett und Ausziehbett, kleinere Abmessung). Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Das Haus, der Pool, die Lage und Umgebung waren sehr schön. Für Familien mit Kindern ideal gelegen. Spielplatz und Strand sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Tolle Fahrradwege in unmittelbarer Nähe und im Dorf Le Canon alles wichtige erhältlich. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

Idéalement situé pour un break estival

Une belle location de vacances conforme à l’annonce idéalement située dans un lotissement résidentiel , dans la pinéde, entre plage de l atlantique et cabanes à huître du bassin. Piscine chauffée tres agréable et villa bien conçue. Pas de clim donc on dort portes ouvertes en période de canicule. Je recommande.
