The second unit floor had a peculiar smell upon opening it. We quickly opened the windows. The dehumidifiers smelled of mold. The bathroom on the main floor is tiny. The garage is also small, so don't expect to fit your minivan. The parking off the main street, a few blocks away, is not too bad. The linens, towels, and beds were clean. The unit was fairly updated. The host was very responsive.

Fantastic property and a great host

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The property is as described with all of the beach and fun amenities included. There was more than enough room for a family of five to be comfortable. With a great location, walking distance to the ocean and activities around Mission Beach. Bill our host was wonderful. He checked in on us made sure we were taken care of and had everything we need to be comfortable while staying in Mission Beach. If you are looking for a place in Mission Beach to stay this is it.

Close to bay and ocean

Beautiful location if you love the water. Conveniently located between the bay and open ocean so you can choose waves or not. Owner was very conscientious and responsive. We were very happy with our stay.

Great getaway!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 - everyone had their own space and we were within walking distance of restaurants, entertainment, and the ocean AND bay! To top it off, our host- Bill - went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. It definitely was!

Great stay on the quiet side of bay

My family of 4 spent 4 nights at the property. Our little ones loved playing in the bay, and my wife and I enjoyed the barefoot walks to the beach. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The bay was super quiet while the beach was a bit busier. Had beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. Would stay again
