Clean place, had everything you need when on vacation. pool was great but they need more loungers. It was pet friendly which was a plus. And last the Host was very pleasant and met us when we arrived.

Great place close to Clearwater beach

The place was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home. Home was a short distance to the beach but a good distance from Clearwater traffic. Plenty of restaurants nearby and stores to shop. Would come back and stay

The owners were excellent. Very responsive to any needs we had. Pool area very nice but wish it had hot tub. Many restaurants and only 7 minutes to beach by car.

Overall we are happy with the place, clean, bright, and located we would stay again. My only recommendation would be to replace the knives as they were very dull to cut with.

Great little condo

This was our first time in a VRBO and it was great! Everything we needed was there along with bonus things like beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The condo itself was very clean and the pool was fantastic! It was centrally located to many restaurants, stores and attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. If we are in Clearwater again, we will certainly stay again.

Location

I particularly like Avalon being a gated community. The beautiful pool was an added plus, too. Minutes to the beach, grocery store across the street. Don't forget to eat nextdoor at Abe's if you love wings. Communication was excellent with the host. Thank you

the bedroom was very spacious. the kitchen had everything. the in unit laundry was a plus. loved the walk in shower. prime location if you don't have a car. will definitely rent again. mr. nastass was very thorough with instructions.

Wonderful hosts and condo!

Loved the condo. It was very comfortable and decorated in relaxing tones. It’s well equipped throughout the condo with absolutely everything you need to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The owners are very friendly and quick to respond. We enjoyed how convenient the location was. Groceries directly across the street and restaurants within walking distance. Every else is a short drive away. The pool area does get crowded and we found some of the long term renters a little cliquey but the pool is lovely and well kept. We truly enjoyed our stay here. It’s a little slice of paradise!

comfy clearwater condo

nice small condo in a nice complex. very nice heated pool convenient to condo. nice grounds with restaurants in easy walking distance. Condo has nice bedroom with comfy bed and nice walk in shower. Small balcony with limited view of grounds. Hosts were non intrusive but responsive when asked for clarification. Pool attendance exceeds provided chair capacity so bring your own. About 5 miles (15 min) to sand key park beach.

Exceeded our expectations!

From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with the space! It has a bright, airy, open and welcoming feel. It was SPOTLESS, organized and appointed with everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect and we were minutes drive to Clearwater Beach and Honey Moon Island, which we completely fell in love with! The location is so convenient but the condo felt like home from the start! We absolutely loved our stay and will be back for sure!!! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Great Location off the Beach

We had a great week at this property! Everything was very clean and comfortable. Communication with owners was very prompt. Short drive to the beach was nice but what the kids really loved was the heated pool. Close to stores and food!

Nice condo in great location

This was a great condo for two people! Everything was neat and clean and close to the beautiful pool. We loved the location of the complex for groceries, restaurants, and public transportation. We would definitely stay again!
