Great Ocean View and Private Beach

We enjoyed our stay at this ocean-view condo. The private beach access was very convenient, and having free beach service with two beach sets included was a huge bonus. The condo was clean, open, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation plus a great management company.

Great stay! Unit was as advertised. Clean and neat. We had one issue with the garage door and they were there promptly and fixed it so we can use it. We will definitely rent again with host !!

We do manage several other properties with higher walkability to shops and restaurants, but in this area, being closer to a private beach often means being a little farther from walkable dining and shops.

Beautiful condo on the ocean. The view is spectacular and you literally walk off your patio down the steps onto the beach. Chair and umbrella service set up every day is so convenient. The beds were comfortable. Condo is very clean. All around great experience.

We had the best time at Sugar Dunes and wish we could have stayed longer. The beach access was literally a step off the back deck. We found lots of sand dollars and even saw a dolphin! The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

I can't say enough about the views on this property. Our stay was great, we had great communication, an easy check-in, and a very informative management company. The home was clean, full of every dish and pan imaginable. We were not there for the beach service time of year but the owners had 2 backpack beach chairs in the closet that we were able to use. I am looking forward to coming back and booking a bonfire in advance for our next trip.
