This is a classic, old-school "up north" cabin, with everything you need for a comfortable stay without the frills. There's very little traffic on the road, so it's peaceful. There's a lot to do in the area. Cell phone service in the area is pretty bad, so your navigation app might not quite get you there but it's easy enough to find visually. We liked the place and would stay again if the opportunity comes up.
Very nice stay. Quiet and very nice. Nice place to get away from the rat race.

Small quiet and cabin in the woods! Loved that it was not in a campground or by one. We had a relaxing time. It was clean. Bring your own lawn chairs a shovel to clean up after your dog and towels.
Overall, very clean. Shelves and windows need dusting. Great yard and fire pit. Convenient kitchen and appliances. Great TV with surround sound. Neighbors next door very loud on Saturday and Sunday. Otherwise, restful and relaxing. This was my second stay. Would return on a non-holiday weekend.

Wish you would have let me know about the neighbors next store, which my number is displayed in the cabin. My brother is a Lake county Sheriff sergeant. That issue would have been taken care of in a short period of time. Sorry about that
Perfect little spot to spend a mountain biking and hiking weekend. The dogs loved the yard to run and play. Left for walks from the front door and had little to no traffic. Big M is 20 minutes away to ride the trails. Weather was perfect to spend most of our time outside. Cabin is super cute and cozy. We will definitely be back.

Great, cozy cabin with straight access to towering woods and short walk to river nearby.
Has everything you’ll need: plenty of cooking gear, DVDs, linens, fire pit, and woodsy charm.
David was a very accommodating owner who is always reachable and quick to respond to questions or fix anything that may seem wrong (like promptly coming over to light a heater pilot light).
