Great Property

Arrived to unclean house, however, the owner jumped through hoops to get crew there. And paid for us to have lunch! Owner was amazingly responsive and helpful. We did have problems heating hot tub. When we called another partner walked us through it. He was not kind or patient. Very rude. Told us if we complained, we could leave. But the other owner was so kind and helpful! The hot tub should be heated upon arrival. It took over an hour to get it ready for use.

We had a very nice stay here. The pool was perfect and jacuzzi hot. The remodel done on this house is amazing. But I do not understand the price. This price per night usually applies to a home that has acreage or 5-6 bedrooms. This is a smaller house and the neighbors are so close you can hear everything when you are out in the back yard by the pool. And I'm sure they can hear everything as well. This price usually means privacy. And this price usually means beautiful outdoor furniture but the furniture here is pealing, unsightly and needs replacing. If you have a problem the owner/mgr is very receptive, helpful and prompt. There is a big utility pole right on the edge of the back yard that I think should be revealed since some people are sensitive to these things. It didn't bother us but again this price usually means no utility poles in the yard.

Our family enjoyed every minute of our vacation at this beautiful property. The house is lovely, very clean, with a well-stocked modern kitchen, indoor fireplace, good beds and located in a charming, historic neighborhood. The house is perfect for family relaxing in the Palm Springs sun— spacious with a lovely pool, hot tub, barbecue, fire pit, lounge chairs and more—-all the amenities. Exceeded expectations and our hosts/owners could not have been more gracious! We stay in many homes and in many places and this one is among the very best!

We stayed here with our family for a nice weekend getaway. The property was exactly as described and made our trip very enjoyable. It is in a great location, was clean, well-stocked, and had all the amenities a family would need. Since the floor plan is open, I would advise guests to make sure they bring a sound machine as it is easy to hear others in different rooms.

Beautiful, relaxing oasis

The house and property is absolutely stunning and so peaceful. The backyard is an oasis - jacuzzi temp was perfect and there are so many cute areas to lounge around including a hammock. The house and decor is beautiful and Russ was super cool / easy to communicate with. Worth every penny and 10/10.

Perfect house for a holiday break!

We came here for 6 days over Christmas - 2 couples and 2 teenagers. Plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable. House was immaculately clean and kitchen very well stocked. I had brought some measuring cups and teaspoons from home to make a cake for the holiday but I did not need them: the kitchen had all the gear I needed. We did not use the pool but the hot tub was great and heated very quickly; the house app made it easy to track how quickly it was heating. Russell was extremely responsive and helpful when I had questions about how things worked, even during a holiday week. Comfy beds, abundant linen, and fast WiFi - there is a small office/baby room that was useful when one or another of us had to do some work. A great visit - highly recommended!

Beautiful property in a great location

This home is exactly as described and pictured in the listing. Russell is readily available when needed, though everything is pretty straight forward. The location is very convenient to the old traditional Palm Springs downtown and lots of restaurants and other activities. We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.

The quality of this accommodation is second to none. Everything was perfect from the slick decor, the amazing backyard pool/hot tub, to the ultra comfortable beds and linens. We had the pleasure of staying is this beautiful home and couldn't be happier. Russ was awesome to deal with and got back to us right away when we had any questions! After staying here compared to our last stay in palm springs I wouldn't stay anywhere else other then this place. When we arrived the house and all the beds were spotless. The price was well worth the experience of luxury living. The house is very kid friendly and great for families. Pool,spa and outdoor living were nice, clean and very enjoyable to use. I CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE AND DEALING WITH RUSS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE, CANT BEAT THIS RENTAL!!!!

Best house for your Palm Springs trip!

My friends and our wives started an annual Palm Springs summer trip a few years ago. This house is now our new favorite house. We loved the luxurious modern design of the house. It was very spacious for 6 adults, 1 baby, and 3 dogs. We brought our own pool toys but the house already had more then we needed. It also had a high chair and crib for the baby. On top of everything else, the management was extremely accommodating. They answered every question I had and were super friendly. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Palm Springs. We will definitely be coming back.
