Located in a gated community with direct beach access, you will have no trouble hitting the sand from sunup to sundown or switch it up a bit and take advantage of the shared pool and tan in bliss. When you want to venture out, tee off at one our our twenty-six golf courses, play pickleball or tennis on numerous Island courts, or check out the local shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza, Harbour Town or Shelter Cove...all within a short walk or drive.

When your return from a packed day, the interior will let you slip right into relaxation mode. The walk in shower has amazing spa like pressure and the soft white towels with sooth your tired body from sun and fun! Whip up a tasty meal in the full kitchen and enjoy meals at the dining table or step out to your private balcony and dine alfresco in the salty air. Relax in the cozy queen bed for agreat nights rest- guests often compliment the comfort!

You will have no trouble staying entertained with the high-speed WiFi and cable package on the 60" Smart living room and 42" in the bedroom! All lines included. We provide beach chairs and towels, rolling cart and sand toys.

BIKES: Recommend bringing or renting bikes to enjoy HHI's 200+ miles of paved bike trails or simply cruise the shore! Bike racks available to secure bikes!

The perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach with an oceanfront balcony. Meredith was very helpful in planning the stay and answering questions before arrival! My parents truly enjoyed all the space had to offer. It was very helpful have so many additional items available for their visit to the beach so they didn’t have to pack as much.

The location of the condo and the ocean view were wonderful! The condo space is very tight but for 3 nights it was ok. The bed (new mattress needed) pretty much took up the entire bedroom! If you plan on making any meals, be aware there is no table or chairs. The apartment was very clean, but it definitely could use an update.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The ocean was right off our balcony, and we spent a lot of time out there. We rented bikes, and that was so nice! The villa itself was tasteful, but we didn't much time in it really. Mostly just to sleep. We didn't cook at all, so I assume everything would have worked fine. The manager was prompt in responding to requests. We loved it, and would stay here again.

Everything was great except the gate codes that we were provuded with would'nt work. We were able to tailgate someone else a couple of times. We finally got in touch with the owner and got a better code. Other than that everything was great.

Great week with a great view

I think we spent 75% of our time sitting on the balcony watching the beach deer and birds. The condo was very comfortable and bright. We will definitely be renting again.
