REEL Paradise! is a 1 Bed, 2 Bath Townhome style Condo nestled in a small community of only 8 units. We are about 748 sq ft offering an Upstairs Bedroom with Queen size bed, tub/shower, balcony and washer/dryer. Downstairs boasts a full kitchen with everything you need to make your stay as much like home as possible, Our Living Room is furnished with a full size Sleeper Loveseat, bath with shower is just inside the entrance patio at the rear. The unit has a small Coastal style spiral stairway, duffle bags may be more friendly to climb than suit cases. We are Perfect for 1 Couple or a Small Family to enjoy some quiet time in a relaxed atmosphere. 1 DOG Under 20 lbs (pic required) May Be PRE Approved By Owner with $45 Non refundable Fee & other restrictions. You MUST contact me before bringing a boat, kayak, jet ski or paddleboard. Security Cameras On Property To Monitor The Front And Rear Of The Building for the protection of owners and guests. PLEASE REVIEW All Rules Before Booking, You Will Be Required To AGREE to H.O.A. Policies. Make Yourselves at Home But Please Remember, This Is OUR Home.

Great couples stay on the water!

Right on the water, clean, comfortable, close to the beach as well. My husband and I had a fantastic trip and enjoyed this home so much! We sat on the back patio and even fished just a few steps from the back patio! I would 100% stay here again! Great check in and communication!!

Weekend Getaway

Reel Paradise was perfect for a couple looking to relax. The small complex is on a wide part of the channel and is open and peaceful. The unit is clean, the complex is cute and the owners are great. Pretty much everything you need is provided and you can tell they take great care of the place and their guests. Would absolutely rent the same place again.

Best Beach Stay

Richard and Linda were beyond amazing from the first message. Beautiful house with such a great view. We loved being able to just walk out back and fish or just watch the boats go by. Very clean it felt like we were at home at their place. I don't think we will ever stay anywhere else when we take a trip down to the beach. Thank you for letting us have a piece of your heaven.

Great fishing spot

Loved all the comforts of home with access to a great fishing spot. The location was close to many stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was safe and clean. Richard was very helpful and kept in contact during our stay. We hope to stay again when we're ready to catch tons of fish!

Let me start by saying that you need to be somewhat prepared for the stairs. Super cute place, spiral stairs to top floor. Ac works well and kept us cool. Wish we could have had the cable upstairs but really not a big deal. Sitting in the upstairs balcony at sunset is a MUST. So peaceful and such amazing views. Bring small duffle if your want to take your stuff upstairs. A suitcase would be al hard to maneuver. We left ours downstairs and just took up what we needed each evening. But you have a shower downstairs too so it did make it easy. Bring some extra towels if you want softness, but the ones provided did the job just fine, just they are very rough. The only “issue” we had was locking the door, but we found a workaround and it locked, just probably not the right way… but hey- it locked every time- technology is finicky. We didn’t use the pool- just stuck our toes in- but it would have been a nice respite but we were just tired and left it to the kids next door. Very quiet and glad for the quiet hours. Would highly recommend this place. Just be sure to read the bed size… yeah we didn’t pay attention-ha! But it worked out fine and we slept well. The checkout is a breeze. Great communication from host- only had to reach out once and it got resolved quickly but we did check in on Mother’s Day so there’s that. We didn’t really use the kitchen except for the wine glasses, but the fridge and freezer work great!

Thank you for your kind words Carol, they go a million miles. I do need to respond to a few things though for future guests since you did mention them. The bed; it is a Queen as stated in the listing, perhaps it's the thick mattress style(?) Regarding the stairs; I agree 100%, that is why I also mention in the listing duffle bags work better. It's also a reason we change the mattress periodically but anything else is next to impossible as everything comes over the balcony. Towels; thank you, that is the first I've heard on them but rest assured we take feedback seriously and on your return they'll please you better. Lastly, Technology; I'm sorry, it IS an Island and that is normally fine but in rains or high winds it can be shaky. Cozy spot

We loved this cozy little condo close to the beach. There was a shower right at the front where we could wash off sand so we wouldn’t track it into the house. And our almost-3-year old loved climbing up and down the spiral staircase.
