Lake Front cottage -- Cozy winter fall and winter get away - Monthly discount

Our Sproat Lake home is nestled on almost an acre of semi-wooded lakefront. The living room and front yard have spectacular views of Mount Klitsa and the lake . Cozy wood burning fireplace inside, fire pit at the lake and a small portable gas fire pit for when the fire ban is on.
There are two bedrooms (1 King & 1 Queen) .
There is over 120 feet of waterfront, a concrete lake front patio, and dock for your boat. Lots of outdoor furniture at the beach and on the lawn, an 8FT row boat, beach noodles and toys. PowerBoats /Tubes can also be rented from the the Fish and Duck pub just a few minutes away . Tennis courts/playground and municipal/Provincial parks are within 10 minute drive.
SORRY NO PETS AND LIMIT OF 4 Adults -We have a Short term temporary rental permit from the ACRD 19020R, BC STR Registration number H510631
Please check the website you signed in on as our 2026 Summer prices in Canadian dollars are $499 Mon Thurs and $549 Friday to Sun with a 3 night minimum - 10% off if you book for a week (Cleaning charge of $186 ). US VRBO/Homeaway sites show in $US and will also charge you more in commissions Monthly rentals over Fall/Winter/Spring

Piece of Paradise

We recently stayed at this property and without hesitation we summarize our stay with great gratitude. Right from our booking we felt the owners were very approachable, honest, kind and delivered a wonderful mini vacation with their hospitality. Beautiful place for R&R - and swimming!

The house was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The access to the beach was a bit of a track (no problem for us or our 6 year old but may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues or the grandparents). That being said the level immediately on the lake had table, chairs, umbrellas and easy access into the water. Brought the cooler down with lunch and beverages and swam and relaxed for hours each day. The upper patio is also beautiful and easy access to bbq and house. We loved our stay and look forward to returning next year!

Beautiful setting and home

We had an amazing time here! The location is just perfect. We brought our new to us boat and spent the week exploring the lake, tubing, swimming and fishing. The Cottage is perfectly set up for vacation with absolutely everything you need available. Thank you so much! We enjoyed every minute!

Beautiful lakefront gem

Wonderful Stay

We loved our time at the cottage. Beautiful location and view. The cottage was exactly as represented on the web site. The owners were a pleasure to work with. The cottage itself was very well provisioned - the owners even left us smore fillings for our evening fires, which are grandchildren really appreciated. The lake is awesome, very clear, swimming was great. You get the sun all day. We ate outside most of the time - down at the dock and on the cottage lawn. No need to leave the area, but if you want Long Beach is just 1& 1/2 hours away, Parksville 3/4 hour. Highly recommended.

Fantastic!

We recently spent 5 nights at this beautiful property with our three year old daughter. We have stayed at many different places on the lake in the past, and this was among the best! The house was so well equipped and very clean! Everything provided was high quality (towels, bedding, cookware, etc). There were many added touches too, such as the fireplace set up and ready to light. The beach, dock, and patio area were perfect with lots of seating, floaties, and lush flowers for decoration. We will definitely be booking again!

Lake Paradise

We could not have chosen a more scenic location or better equipped cottage than the Curtis's home on Sproat Lake. The mornings and evenings on the lake are magic. All comforts and amenities (and then some) are provided. Just outside Port Albernie, it is lovely to come home after hiking and exploring. We like to cook our meals and the kitchen is fully equipped and organized, including condiments and spices. We don't see how the owners can bear not to live there year round! Look no farther for the perfect lake paradise.
