Accueil au topMaison formidable et très fonctionnelle.Rien ne manque ,tu arrives les mains dans les poches et tu profites de ton séjour .Les ados sont occupés avec le babyfoot et le pingpong , , ça les libèrent de leurs portables.Point négatif ??? il n'y en pas !!!!Merci beaucoupMichel

Beautiful landscape and a Perfect House to spend a recreative time!

The House is located in a beautiful landscape and view over mountains and the lake. It is in a very quiet neighbourhood. The House offers a lot of space and nicely decorated rooms. For our children the playing area upstairs was the highlight. The kitchen was well-equipped. For further questions there are the neighbours as contact. We say a big thank you to Stephane we really enjoyed our Holiday. And besides the nice House we really liked Annecy and will definately come back! Très bon week-end en famille

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Chantal la voisine,avec des lits faits, une maison propre et chauffée. La maison est très spacieuse, lumineuse, au calme avec un grand jardin.Les enfants ont bien profité des nombreux jeux et livres à disposition.La vue sur le lac, de jour comme de nuit est très belle.Nous avons vraiment passé un très bon week-end dans cette maison.

Excellent séjour dans cette maison confortable.

Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une neige abondante, nous n'avions qu'à sortir de la maison pour en profiter dans le grand jardin, les enfants étaient ravis . La maison est vraiment très agréable et spacieuse, familiale, rien ne manque. Chantal nous a accueillis gentiment le soir assez tard et Stéphane nous a envoyé des messages pour savoir si tout allait bien. Nous étions comme des coqs en pâte, des livres très éclectiques, variés et nombreux, des cd et un beau piano, des jeux ont complété cette semaine. Nous conseillons cette magnifique location très bien située et qui bénéficie d'une vue splendide sur les montagnes et la vallée. Merci à Chantal et à Stéphane

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour! Merci à Stéphane pour toutes les informations utiles données avant notre arrivée et l'attention qu'il a porté à notre bien-être durant le séjour. Merci à Chantal pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Des qualités relationnelles qui nous ont mis en confiance. La maison est très agréable : idéalement située, au calme mais en même tant pas très loin des grands axes et des commerces. Spacieuse, pratique, très bien équipée et surtout très chaleureuse: on a adoré passer Noël au coin de la cheminée ! À louer sans hésiter!

Maison charmante et particulièrement accueillante. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir bien.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 3 nuits dans cette charmante maison. Le beau temps n'était malheureusement pas au rendez vous mais heureusement qu'il y avait tout à notre disposition pour nous sentir aussi bien qu'à la maison, surtout pour divertir les enfants qui étaient aux anges. Le calme et la vue imprenable sur le lac et les montagnes ne font qu'ajouter au charme de cette endroit. Le contact avec le propriétaire était très agréable tout comme l'accueil de Chantal. Nous y retournerons volontiers et je recommande particulièrement cette location.
