The Cocoonr agency offers this authentic stone house dating from the 14th century, extended in the 16th century and completely renovated in 2020, for rent in the heart of the village of Saint-Jorioz. Located on the edge of a natural area, in a quiet and sunny environment, it offers 191 m² of cosy space and can accommodate up to 14 people. An ideal place for holidays with family or friends, between lake and mountains.
La Grande Mélodie is composed as follows:

- Vaulted dining room with large table (seating up to 16 people) and access to the garden
- Spacious separate kitchen with central island and full equipment (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, etc.) and access to the garden
- Cosy living room with smart TV
- Bar area between the living room and dining room
- Separate toilet
First floor:
- Le Semnoz suite: two single beds (90x200) - en-suite shower room with toilet - private balcony
- Lanfon suite: queen-size bed (160x200) - storage space - decorative fireplace - shared balcony with the neighbouring bedroom
- Lanfonnet Suite: children's bedroom with 3 single beds (80x190) - shared balcony
- Shower room with WC accessible from the Lanfon and Lanfonnet bedrooms
2nd floor:
- L'Arcalod Suite: queen-size bed on the mezzanine + 1 single bed (80x190) - en-suite shower room with WC - desk area
- La Tournette Suite: queen-size bed on the mezzanine + 1 single bed (80x190) - en-suite bathroom with toilet - desk area
