Very nice and clean room. Had a problem with washer but host was very helpful. Biggest problem was AC did not work good at all could only get down to about 71-72 degrees the entire time.

This guest as well as all of our guests receive guidance on the A/C that states if the unit is set below 70 it will stop calling for cool air. 90-100 degree outside temperatures in the heat of the summer are hard to work with and 70-72 temperatures inside is the best that can be accomplished.This is Florida in the summer.

If you are looking for a beautifully decorated condo, right on the beach, that is close to the “strip” to get some really good meals quickly but far enough away that it is still quiet, this is the perfect place!! The kitchen is stocked well with everything we needed for our stay and the beds were comfortable and we loved that there were so many extra pillows! I really like that there was a broom available for cleaning up the sand. The resort was very clean and safe. The courtesy patrol was on his game checking for bracelets and roughhousing. Overall great stay!

It is always nice to look out and see the beautiful beach! We also enjoy being able to bypass the elevator and use the stairs being on the third floor. The kids enjoy the bunk beds and the beach. All in all, a good week!
