Terrific spot!

These cabins are nothing short of perfection! Our cabin had everything that we needed to ensure that our stay was cozy and comfortable. The cabin itself looked brand new - a perfect cross between luxury and rustic - wow!! The fireplace and heater kept us snug when the nights cooled down. The location was unbeatable - about 20-30 minutes outside of town and next to an unbeatable number of hiking trails - the Piedra River trail is right down the road from the cabin and is gorgeous. The horses next to the cabin were sweet to watch. But the best part was having our morning coffee on the porch with the mountain vistas in all directions!

Everything was very nice. The only hitch was the codes provided to the door was not accurate in the email.Door was unlocked, so I put my bags in and locked the door to check it. The code did not work. Luckily the property caretaker was there to give me the correct codes.Otherwise, there are no complaints regarding the stay.

cabin in the prairy

The cabin and location are beautiful and quiet. The property around the cabin is amazing. The cabin is/looks new and has everything you may need. The only thing is that there is not air conditioning and the fireplace has the pilot light turned on, making the cabin temperature unbearable during these very hot days of July. However, I would suggest to everybody to consider this cabin during all the other months of the year.
