Great stay. Bradley was a very responsive host and the property was in the perfect location. Loved the proximity to the beach and appreciated the gated parking. Would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Mission Beach property! The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The views from every room were absolutely amazing, and one of our favorite memories was sitting on the balcony and watching dolphins swimming in the water! The indoor and outdoor spaces were both fantastic, and we really enjoyed all of the amenities the property had to offer.Having a gated parking spot was a huge plus, especially in Mission Beach. Everything about the property made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable place to stay right by the beach!

Great area. The only issues we had were the towels were dirty (still had hair on them) and one of the owners knocked on the door randomly to tell us we could park in another spot even though we were in the assigned spot so that was a little weird. The outside patio still isn’t finished and I stubbed my toe even though I read the prior reviews, it’s just tough to see. The views were beautiful, I would stay again.

Great location and overall a good property. The photos shown online are from years ago as the furniture, cabinets, and condo have much more wear than the photos show. AC not really needed in SD but with a humid afternoon we tried the AC (which is done by splits) and it worked fine but did have a bad smell for the first couple hours it was on. Nice location to stay and a nice property but also a little of a work in progress that is not shown in the photos on the listing.

Great location at the bottom of Mission Beach. Gated parking is a big plus. There were a few Keurig pods in the cabinet, which is a nice touch. The TV had access to all the paid stations, which saved the hassle of logging in. We had a great day!

This rental was clean and kitchen well supplied. Beds were very comfortable and location was great. I have suggestions. Replace the two couches. They are horrible. There are three recliners. One is extremely comfortable and the other two the fake leather comes off on your legs when you stand up. The rental has beautiful sliding glass doors, but the screens need to be replaced. You can hardly move them. The owner was replacing the tile on the gorgeous patio, but only got halfway through it so two of the people in our group stubbed their toes when they were walking out there. The table that is on the patio is in terrible condition and needs to be replaced or painted. There is one parking place (the listing can be confusing on this point).

The tile on the deck was being replaced and is done as soon as you had left. The new table was being delivered as well and 2 brand new Lazy Boy Chairs. I appreciate your feedback and suggestions.

Perfect spot!

This was one of my favorite stays ever in San Diego! Great location, VERY roomy with a lot of seating inside and out. Really loved the outside space with the beautiful views. We will definitely e staying here again!
