Welcome to this site showing our house (country house style) in the small town of Nans les Pins (Var in southern France).

Entrance to the ground floor directly in open space comprising lounge, dining room and kitchen.

The living room with 2 comfortable sofas (with 1 sofa bed for extra bed) faces the fireplace and the multimedia section.

A large flat screen TV is available with TNT or satellite. This TV is connected to an audio amplifier to watch in the movie mode. This audio system is also equipped with a connection to an Apple Airport device that will broadcast music stored on your Iphone or Ipad. Apple TV device can read or rent videos stored on Iphone or Ipad.


• Extendable design table stands for 10 people comfortably.

The large kitchen is equipped with every comfort: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, gas burner, oven, dishwasher.

A laundry room off the kitchen helps to do laundry and store food and beverages.

The floor consists of 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room.

3 rooms for couples contain beds of comfortable size 160cmX200cm.

The 4th bedroom says "child room" consists of 2 bunk beds and a trundle bed for 2 separate beds or 1 joint. A room for 4 children or 1 couple with 2 children.

The exterior extends over 2000m2 of fenced land with various species. A large swimming pool (heated or cooled according to temperature) is available exclusively. For older athletes, a petanque is also available.

The exterior consists of 3 patio tables for 4 persons, 9 sunbathing, barbecue grill and griddle gas.
A garage that can accommodate a car. In the property, the possibility of parking accommodates many vehicles.

From the house, hiking trails take you to the mountains (Mont d'Aurélien or Sainte Baume). 2 mountain bikes available will crisscross the hilly surroundings.

The charming Provencal village offers all the amenities and services. In the markets you will discover local producers ((the most important on Sunday morning).

Not far from the property (between 30 'and 1h), you have the choice of excursions in Provence, Luberon, Verdon, Cotes d'Azur - cities and villages of Provence, Marseille, Aix en Provence, Saint Maximin la Sainte Baume St Zacharie, Auriol Trets, Le Castellet, Bandol ... - the coast and beaches, including the Creeks of Marseille - Cassis - La Ciotat, the sandy beaches of La Ciotat and St Cyr sur Mer ... - hiking and sports in the mountains of Ste Baume, the creeks, the Gorges du Verdon, Ste Victoire mountain ... - sports events, including the Velodrome stadium in Marseille, the Castellet racing, rugby at Stade Mayol in Toulon .. .

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille au sein de cette Bastide. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons été conseillés sur les activités possibles offertes à proximité. La villa est confortable et bien équipée. Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus et permettent de profiter du séjour au maximum. Je remercie nos hôtes et nous recommandons cette location de vacances.

La location à répondu à toutes nos exigences.De très belles prestations et une communication parfaite à chaque étape.L'accueil a été très agréable avec une personne souriante et disponible qui a répondu à toutes nos questions.La villa est très bien appareillée avec du matériel de qualité. La piscine est de belle taille et à été assaillie.Un beau terrain qui ajoute à ce moment de repos.Les chambres sont équipées de moustiquaires très utiles et qui permettent une ventilation nocturne efficace.Le linge de maison est fourni en quantité largement suffisante incluant les serviettes de plage.Le propriétaire possède un très bon relationnel et est très sympathique. Il communique à chaque étape de la location et le contenu est utile au séjour, que ce soit pour ce qui concerne la maison que concernant l'extérieur.Une touche de modernisme avec QR Code qui permet de détailler les services compris et le fonctionnement des appareils ( piscine, machine à café, etc.) Il traite également des possibilités de sorties en terme de restaurant, d'activités de ballades, etc.Pour une fois je conseille sans réserve,J'ajouterais que le lieu est agréable et le village accueillant.Nous y reviendrons sans hésitations.Christian

Des vacances au cœur de la Ste Baumes

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en plein été dans cette belle bastide. Tout est conforme à l’annonce. La maison est très spacieuse, nous étions 10 sans problème. Elle est très bien équipée. On trouve tout dans le petit village de proximité. Xavier, le propriétaire est au petit soin et disponible. Je recommande.

Maison appréciée par tous- très fonctionnelle-nombreux équipements -très bonne literie -Malgré le temps maussade de ce début d'avril, les enfant ont pu se baigner dans la piscine chauffée(jusqu'à 26°C)- Nous avons apprécié également le fait que la maison soit à proximité du bord de mer et de plusieurs sentiers pour se promener -à recommander sans hésiter pour des séjours en toute saison!

Huset er perfekt til en stor familie, der er god plads. Alt, både inde og ude var perfekt. Dejlig pool med god plads. Petanque banen blev også flittigt brugt. Dejligt at man kan cykle eller gå ned til byen. Udsigten er den rene terapi - bare sidde og kigge på la sainte baume- farveskiftende ved solnedgang var fantastisk. Meget venlig og hjælpsom vært.

Bastide magnifique + piscine parfaite = vacances extras

Nous sommes partis une semaine entre amis dans cette superbe bastide. La maison est bien pensée pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille avec tout le nécessaire pour accueillir un bébé (comme ce fut le cas pour nous). L emplacement est idéal pour des randonnees. La piscine chauffée, c est juste parfait quand vous rentrez d'une journée de rando et que le soleil s est déjà couché... La terrasse et le salon de jardin sont d'un confort irreprochable. Les chambres sont bien agencees de manière à ne pas empiéter les uns sur les autres. Les lits XL sont ultra confortables. En résumé nous recommandons vivement cette bastide qui est parfaitement entretenue et tout confort. Merci encore à Xavier pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour (et avant). Bonne continuation et à très bientôt.

Un séjour parfait !

Un grand merci à M.Marcant pour cette semaine inoubliable ! Après un accueil très chaleureux nous avons pu profiter de cette magnifique bastide qui nous a tous comblés. L'intérieur comme l'extérieur étaient impeccables et tout était déjà sur place. Les lieux sont calmes et apaisants. Après de nombreux conseils du propriétaire sur comment découvrir cette belle région nous avons également été ravis des alentours. Le village de Nans les pins et son marché étaient charmants. Il nous tarde de pouvoir diner à nouveau dans le salon de jardin avec une vue imprenable sur le massif de la Sainte Baume et la piscine illuminée ! Encore merci à vous !
