Thank you for your feedback, Amanda! We’re so glad you chose to celebrate your 40th birthday with us and that you enjoyed the beautiful home and peaceful, luxurious setting. We appreciate your comments regarding the check-in process. The in-person check-in and escort to the property are required by the HOA to ensure security and proper access, though we understand it can feel more involved than a typical stay. We also appreciate your notes on the stairs, cooking supplies, and pool temperature, as well as your suggestion regarding beach access. Feedback like this is very helpful as we continue to improve the guest experience. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the quiet atmosphere overall and hope you and your family made some special memories during your time on South Padre Island. Best regards, Ashleigh – General Manager
