We had a wonderful family vacation. This condo had everything you could think of needing with close proximity to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Nancy was a great host with great communication. We will definitely be back next year.

We had a great week in South Padre. The condo was a great fit for our family of 5 and the condo complex was an outstanding location with the beach just a few steps away and 2 pools within the complex.

My husband, sister, and BIL, had a wonderful week at this property in SPI. Our host and the accommodations were phenomenal. This host thinks of everything that a guest may need and has ALL the beach needs for guests. The kitchen is very well stocked with things needed to cook instead of eating out. We cooked most nights and lunches. Bathrooms had many towels for showering and plenty of beach towels too. There was a problem with the complex plumbing which we reported and our host immediately took action. She was in constant communication with us during the issue and made sure to offer other accommodations for us if we chose to do so (we didn’t) and had a cleaning crew come take care of cleaning and sanitizing. The property management was involved too and they were also very accommodating. We were very impressed. We plan to make this an annual trip and will definitely be staying here again. Beach access is great, water to clean off is right by the unit. Very happy with our much needed vacation!

Fabulous Condo

This was the perfect place for a family getaway. It was like a home away from home! Its close to the beach, and the pools were great! The host was extremely helpful! I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect condo for a family vacation on South Padre Island! We travel to this beach every summer and have been renting condos at the Tiki for the last maybe 15 years. We go through the Tiki or through individual owners. This is our first time to stay in this condo. We were so impressed! We were able to bring our family dog. The condo was fully stocked with everything you would need. There is a wagon, beach chairs, an ice chest, and so much more! This allowed us to pack less items. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil and cookware you would need and included pleasant extras, like foil. The hostess was very communicative, and there was no question about how to use remotes and lights because everything was labeled. I could go on and on. Highly recommend!

Great Stay!

Great location! Traveling with 3 kids and a dog isn’t always the easiest but the size, location and cleanliness of this property was everything we needed to have a great 10 day vacation! Very quiet and large patio for all those Sandy toys! Our host was very responsive to anything and went above and beyond. Will stay here again when we come back!

Nice Getaway

Fun stay on the north side of the island. The place was clean and had great access to the beach. Host was extremely responsive and very nice. The location gives you access to a couple of nightlife places, Andy Bowie Park for beach side driving, and the bird sanctuary.
