Windsong Retreat is a beautiful 1625 sq ft., 3 bedroom, 2 bath home overlooking the hillside with great breezes only 1.2 miles from downtown Paso Robles.

Master Bedroom- King Tempur-Pedic bed, with private bathroom featuring dual vanity with quartz countertop, newly updated Shower enclosure, walk in closet, large dresser and end tables for easy unpacking.

Guest bedrooms (2)- 1 with King bed and 1 with Queen bed, large closets with closet organizers, dresser and end tables to store your belongings.

Shared bathroom, has single vanity with quartz counter tops, shower/tub combination

All bedrooms have flat screen TV's with live tv, and easy streaming with your own apps

Living room- Large, comfy sectional sofa, with 55" Flat screen TV, with cable. Cabinet under TV in living room has wide variety of games for guest use. Alexa Bluetooth speaker available to stream your music.

Family room-couch with(queen size memory foam pull out bed) and gas fireplace to cuddle up to on those chilly evenings with a glass of your favorite wine. Bar area with wine glasses.

Kitchen- Granite counters, stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, gas range, microwave and dishwasher. Fully stocked with cookware, dishes, silverware, baking dishes, bowls, knives, Keurig coffee pot, toaster and several small appliances for our guests convenience. Breakfast bar with 2 bar stools for your morning coffee.

Dining area-Large dining table seats 8.

Laundry room- Washer & dryer available for guest use.

Small wine refrigerator available to store your wine at that perfect temperature during your stay.

Garage-Fun zone game room with large couch, pool table and dart board for some fun times. NEWLY RENOVATED

Large backyard, with beautiful trees, gas BBQ, outdoor dining table with fire pit, seating for hanging out, or eating outdoors. Enjoy our new Bocce Ball court or play some Cornhole in the backyard.

Great location, close to wineries, downtown, golf courses, water park, concert venues, and Fairgrounds. Short 30-45 minute drive to Morro Bay, Cambria, San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach, and Hearst Castle.

We are excited to have our guests "Stay Awhile" and enjoy our vacation home.

Lovely, well designed and comfortably furnished home in a quiet neighborhood. Well appointed kitchen and lots of amenities in the house and yard for both a fun and peaceful stay. We were here for several days for my daughter’s wedding - it was perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paso Robles. The house was beautiful and very clean, the furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The six of us had a pleasant stay at Windsong. The entry was very smooth with a well coordinated access code. The neighborhood was very neat, Windsong was easy to locate, and the home was spotless. The three bedrooms were well appointed and roomy. Our main activities centered around the kitchen/dining area for food and conversation. It was well equiped to handle six. We would stay at Windsong again.

The house is spacious, spotless and has everything you need to enjoy Paso Robles. The game room with darts and pool table got a lot of use. After a day of wine tasting, we relaxed in the backyard...BBQ'd and played cornhole. Would highly recommend this property. Probably the best VRBO house we have rented.
