Loved this property. It was clean, we really appreciated the kitchen/dining space and the front porch and backyard were so charming and comfortable. It was close to CSU and walkable to Old Town. Would definitely stay here again.

We've stayed at the McCarty House several times and have always enjoyed our time there. Griffin and Carley are attentive, conscientious, and friendly hosts. The house is beautiful, spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, lovely yards, and secure parking. Its location in the walkable, historic Old Town provides easy access to all of Fort Collins. We highly recommend!

We highly recommend the McCarty House. It is conveniently located near Old Town Fort Collins with its wealth of shopping and restaurants. The house is in top condition and comfortable. The hosts are consistently helpful; excellent information is provided about the house itself and about the surrounding area. The house can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. The kitchen is well-equipped with anything needed to prepare complete meals if desired. The decor is attractive, uniting a historic vibe with the utmost in modern convenience.
