Immaculate home in Asbury Park!

Walked to beach, boardwalk, downtown, Stone Pony...everything was so close. House was perfect for us. Hosts were responsive to questions and generous with ideas for food and entertainment. I particularly appreciated that the rental came with beach passes.

Lovely stay in Asbury Park

Fernando and John's home is beautifully maintained and they were very attentive when we had questions, particularly when we were trying to solve an electrical issue in the back yard. Our only quibble was the 6-block walk to the beach which was fine for most of us but tough on a family member w/ mobility issues. Would definitely stay there again.

Gorgeous home in the perfect location!

Stunning, spacious home with elegant outdoor living areas. Walking distance to everything: beach, restaurants, drugstore, and groceries. The host went out of his way to be accommodating and helpful. Our family of four had a relaxing stay and would book again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this Asbury Park stunner!

A great place fro a couple or a few couples!

A great place for our reunion--and places to hang out together. Spacious and lovely. Fernando and John are amazing travelers and cultural cognoscenti! The house is full of beautiful artifacts of their travels which makes each room unique! While we had more than our share of bad weather, we got one fabulous dinner in the garden, many Boardwalk walks and meals--all close-by.

Wonderful House/Very Accommodating/great location

We took our 2 young kids for the week. Hosts went way out of their way to welcome us with very personal touch. House clean and lovely. Everything easy. Couple blocks from beach. We plan to go back. Really wonderful hosts.

Great owners, clean home

Fernando was a very friendly host and clearly takes pride in the home. Definitely wanted us to be comfortable and happy! The property was clean and centrally located. He's a responsible and thoughtful owner! Families with small kids should note that the home has many breakable travel souvenirs on many surfaces, so know that your kids have to mind this, as well as many "Stop! don't touch/enter" signs in the home. Our kids obeyed fine, but those with younger or more rambunctious kids should take this into consideration, as it may not be a fit for you.

The property manager is one of the best folks I have ever dealt with! The property is exactly as shown in the images, the rooms are as spacious as one would want, amenities were outstanding, anything you could think you would want to make your stay homey, was available. We live in the house full time on and off and love the positive energy of the house, its high ceilings and layout. We both work hard and enjoy sharing our travel experiences by decorating the house with our most precious treasures found all over the world.

Whether you relax drinking a cup of coffee in the front porch, eating breakfast in the back patio table, or listening to the sound of the waterfall while laying on the lounge sofa by the pond location, the surrounding areas of the house are filled with a variety of colorful flowers that attract beautiful bright feathered birds throughout the day.

The location of the house is not only convenient to walk to the beach but also to the downtown areas, whether you go there to treat yourself for dinner or enjoy a relaxing time at a bar or many other fun places Cookman Ave. offers. This is a great location regardless if you drive or take a train. Street parking is free and only a few blocks away from the train station.
