The location was ideal for us because it is close to our daughter, and it’s in a quiet neighborhood. The remodel is very well done, with nice appliances in the kitchen and laundry. The beds are comfortable, the living room couch and chairs are also comfortable and the tv is a good size. There are great restaurants nearby and a farmers market every Sunday. Overall a great place and we would stay again.

Perfect spot in Highlands

High quality renovated unit 2 blocks from Highlands restaurants and shops. Covered patio for grilling. Plenty of parking space. Ideal for our 2 month stay in Denver.

The Perfect Place

This is the nicest place I have stayed with VRBO. I needed a comfortable home away from home to help my new grandson. This is spacious, impeccably clean , maintained and comfortable. It feels like a home not a rental The hosts are great to work with and so pleasant. I’m afraid too say too much or it won’t be available next time. Thanks Nicholas and Sarah!! You are awesome. Just like your place !

It had a charm of a Denver house, the neighborhood really drew me in, as there is so many shops, restaurants and just a really cool spot in Denver.

What makes this property unique

I loved the look of the home, kinda retro from the front, but we have completely updated and renovated the inside. I think you will be pleased. The area is fantastic too!
