This stunning multi-level oceanfront home features 3 Queens, 1 Twin, and a Bunk Bed (Double/Twin), with linens provided and beds made for your arrival.

Ground Floor: Oceanfront bedroom with Queen bed, built-in mini-fridge/microwave, coffee service, flat-screen TV with streaming, full bath, and private entrance to the secluded built-in oceanfront hot springs spa with automatic privacy screen and private hot/cold shower.

Second Level: Two bedrooms including an oceanfront master suite with Queen bed, fireplace, flat-screen TV with streaming, coffee service, whirlpool bath, and direct access to a covered deck with sundeck. Private walkway leads to the oceanfront gazebo with lights, misting system, outdoor shower, cushioned seating, hammock, and beach access. The second bedroom has a full bath and flat-screen TV with streaming. Stocked laundry room, central microwave, mini-fridge with soft drinks/water.

Main Living Area: Kitchen with dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator with ice, dining area, half bath, and living area with gas fireplace, wet bar with ice maker, flat-screen Smart TV with streaming (Netflix & Hulu), and Bose Wave radio. Main deck features rocking chairs, automatic awning, beach chairs, and stunning ocean views.

Penthouse Suite: Flat-screen TV with streaming, full bath, stocked mini-fridge, microwave, coffee service, private deck with automatic awning, rocking chairs, and dynamic ocean views.

Wonderful!

This property not only lived up to the description and pictures, it exceeded them! Australian Gold East was just as pictured. But the "extras" that the Host/Hostess provided was really greatly appreciated! All the paper products were provided, right down to the paper plates and plastic cups. They also provided water, soft drinks and popcorn … which everyone enjoyed. We've been renting homes for our beach vacations for over 10 years. This has been the best, most complete rental to date. We've already put our name in for next year!

A great escape for a weekpacious notpace. The hot tub worked great.

We drove down from upstate NY to stay for a week at Emerald Isle. The weather was wonderful, warm and sunny. The water was warm the crowds were nonexistent. The house was just as described. We were met with a welcome basket filled with snacks and a gift cert for pizza which we used the first night! We were able to gather on the decks and main floor or go our separate ways. We all had a great time.

Awesome time

This property has everything you need for a great time on your vacation. There was a welcome basket with a gift certificate for a local pizza place and the pizza was great. What an awesome surprise to find along with snacks. We had children from 1 and 1/2 to 6 years old, bring a baby gate for the stairs as there is a lot of stairs. We had fun watching the dolphins playing in the surf, digging for shells, fishing even though we did not catch anything, and exploring the point and the wooded park near the point. I would recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a beach get away as it is stocked with everything you could need, the owners have thought of everything from a grill to beach chairs and umbrellas. We will be back for sure.

Spring Break that Did Not Happen

We "tried" to stay at this property for the week of Spring Break and spent almost 5 hours driving to the house, only to find that beach nourishment was occurring and blocking any access from the rental property to the beach - also, the view was completely ruined. The utility guys were still out working on a Saturday and they let us know that their bulldozers/trailers/pipes were going to be there for the upcoming 3 weeks. Obviously, we had booked an oceanfront property and were extremely disappointed when it was not possible to access the beach from our property. We called the rental agency (thank goodness we arrived before 5pm!) and they maintained that they had no knowledge of the nourishment schedule, but a quick google search shows the schedule for all to see online. It would have been nice to have been forewarned that this would have been something that would have impacted our trip ahead of time because we never would have taken such a risk. Our family simply got back in the car and drove home immediately. We requested a complete refund, which they did honor, but it was our family who was inconvenienced and when we asked what else they could do for us they explained that everything else was booked with the exception of a trailer on the beach. Additionally, they made no offer to provide us with a property at a discount at a future time or take into account our lost time or gas. It was just a total waste of time and energy, not to mention a let down for our family. We only spent 10 minutes inside the property and it looked great, but there are a lot of stairs - as others have written. Also, be advised that the other half of the duplex is currently under renovation. They explained that it is not being rented out at this time, but it is handled by a different agency and could be rented during a future stay. That would definitely make me think twice about renting this property again because that was something that I did not initially understand. Australian Gold is the property only located on the left.

Wow!!

I’ve been vacationing at Emerald Isle for 20 years and this was by far the best rental for this time of year. The owners have thought of everything! A welcome basket with snacks and a gift certificate to Michelangelo’s was waiting for us. Every bedroom included mini-fridges and coffee pots and microwaves and water and soda! The kitchen was completely stocked with dishes and cleaning supplies and we wanted for NOTHING upon arrival. It’s tastefully furnished and decorated and we LOVED the hot tub and the bicycles! We WILL be back to this rental sooner than later. The only thing that may deter folks is that there are a lot of stairs!

Best beach house ever!

Amazing beach house with everything you could possibly ever want or need! Our family had the best week , loved the bike rides every morning! The only disappointment was all beds need new mattresses!
