But every add states wonderful heated pool which I was looking forward to but it was NOT heated. Very cold. No one ever in it. I was it it and our quickly one time. We could not have asked for a better condo for out stay. Room was clean and comfortable as well as well equipped with anything we needed for out stay. The condo's location was exceptional as being just a corner turn to the pool and beach access. Even with the bedroom being on the side of the walkway-it was still a quiet area. I would definitely stay here again.

They are cute little efficiency condos that let you walk right onto the Beach. They are small but ours was lovely, had all the essentials and coffee, no ridiculous cleaning list, a reasonable price and the host was great. No qualms ;)

great property and priced right. Quick access to beach and pool since its an end unit. Our stay was disturbed by 2 dogs barking in the unit next to us. It was hard to use the patio and grass area out back. Not a big deal since we only stayed 2 nights. The owner was great and this is not his fault.

The condo was exactly what we were looking for and what was advertised. Clear communication the whole way through with the owners. Pool was a nice touch and option with the surf advisory in affect. Quiet enough for some needed relaxation and close enough to some great places to eat and visit. I would definitely recommend and we hope to be back again!

At least no bugs. Far from 5 star. Very very tiny and cramped, clean but old. Uncomfortable to be inside.

We had such a great time!! Such a relaxing little getaway. Todd and Sarah are wonderful hosts. We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was awesome, and the WiFi and TVs were great. We also appreciated the close proximity of the unit to the beach access and pool. We would definitely come back again. Thank you!!

I was worried about the view from the first floor, but you could easily see the ocean and sunrise. It was nice having a ground floor for our dog.. The bed was very comfortable and large. It was a nice surprise. The shower was wonderful with great pressure. We had one problem with the coffee maker the first day, but I let Todd know and he replaced it the next day. The pool was amazing beautiful and clean each day. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful beach getaway.

Cozy for my wife and I plus 2 boys and dog. Great view, easy access to beach and heated pool was a hit with the kids! TVs in both rooms are good sized and modern, rest of apartment is functional but a little dated. Had a great stay for New Years!

Clean, pool is warm, beach great. Very quiet. Did not like the distance to get to pet area, only because my dog is old.
