My wife and myself visit my daughter there in Phoenix and only a few blocks away. We were glad to stay at such a wonderful close location to her and her family. We are usually VRBO for our vacations using them always and have found all the properties reputable. The home was beautifully appointed as photographed and in a quite location. The pool area and hot tub were clean and spotless although it was too cold for us to enjoy them. Bedding was all clean and the TV had U-Tube TV which was excellent and any channel, etc was available. The kitchen and bathroom was appointed with all the "necessaries" you could ever need. Plenty of stores nearby to get anything else you forgot at home. Yes, definitely we will go there again for our next trip to Phoenix. Thanks Mark !

Everything was splendid. We did not need to purchase anything to cook. Everything we could have needed was already in the condo. It was very clean, with a home feeling. If we ever travel to Phoenix again, we will be staying here. It was genuinely great.

The condo is very well appointed and I was impressed with how clean it was. The only suggestion I would have is to send guests a map of the complex for those who come in after dark. I would definitely come back again.

The kitchen & bathrooms were nicely equipped. Loved the layout of the unit and the easy instructions to work the televisions. The pool & spa area were lovely and enjoyed the spa very much. The unit was a little difficult to locate. A detailed map may be helpful. One suggestion, a small stepstool by the bed would be helpful for shorter people. I'm 5'2" and had a little trouble getting on the bed. :)Thank you for a great stay!Lucy
