This home was clean, well maintained, and well appointed. While not oceanfront, we could see and hear the ocean from the balcony and it was a very short walk across the street down a charming, shady path to reach the beach. There is ample parking and the outdoor shower area is perfect for rinsing beach gear, sandy feet, and pups! We appreciated the great communication with Mary Ann and Scott prior to our stay and during our stay. Would definitely recommend this home to others!

Mary Ann and Scott were fantastic with communication. They had us well prepped before our stay and made sure everything was as expected when we arrived. The house was great! It was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The available equipment for the beach was great and saved us from having to bring from home. Also, the linens for the beds were all cotton!!! This was a wonderful surprise!The view!!! Can see, hear and smell the ocean! The view of the sunsets from the main deck was wonderful!Very short walk to the beach. Finally, being pet friendly made for a great trip! First time to the beach for our daughter’s pup!! She now has a beach dog!!Thank you Mary Ann and Scott!We hope to stay at your place again in the future!

It was a wonderful place for our mini family reunion. Just make sure you bring your own toiletries, but I am nitpicking here. We could see and hear the ocean and walk into it in just a couple minutes. It was clean and comfortable.

A great place to gather with extended family. Lots of fun and laughter playing games around a table that sat 8, morning coffee talks on the deck watching the ocean, beach chairs available for our daily beach time. Host texted to see if everything was going well. We brought our little dog who we could also take on the beach with us. So many compliments from the family about the place, location and beach time. Loved it!

The house was nice and spacious and very well equipped. Our dogs enjoyed standing on the balcony and loved walking along the beach. A little cold this time of year...but still beautiful! Great place for a family gathering.

Absolutely loved our stay here, owner is very communicative, has everything needed to be comfortable, good movie library if you get a rainy day. Excellent patio chairs.

Clean and Nicely Furnished Duplex Steps Away From Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is right across the street from the beach, well furnished, and Elena and her crew did a wonderful job with cleaning. Thank you Mary Ann for the great communication and suggestions with restaurants and activities in the area.

Great stay!

We enjoyed ourselves here! So great having our dogs join us! Wonderful outside shower and hose for humans and pups. Nice clean house with great kitchen. 2 master bedrooms were a bonus. Will stay again!

The Condo was fabulous Lots of room and awesome location. Owners were in contact with us also. 🤗

Overall stay was very good. Nice Condo with awesome upstairs deck where you could view the ocean. Mary Ann & Scott thought of everything you would need here when on vacation. 🤗🤗⛱️🌊
