The apartment, completely renovated in autumn 2015, can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The south-facing balcony offers an exceptional view of the ski area (1st floor above the slopes). Direct access to the slopes, at the bottom of the residence, where the "Roc de Péclet" ski school is also located. Similarly, return "skis on feet". The residence, family and very quiet, is located 200m from the village center, shops and restaurants. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 140/200 bed and 2 80/195 bunk beds with new quality bedding), a bathroom with shower, separate WC, an open kitchen, a living room (with a sofa bed). It is comfortably equipped for 6 people: oven, microwave, dishwasher, vitro hob, toaster, electric kettle, NESPRESSO coffee machine, traditional electric coffee maker, raclette machine, 1 TV lounge, 1 TV parental bedroom, player DVD... Ski locker on the ground floor of the residence. WIFI: 3 possibilities: 1. The Val Thorens wifi passes through the apartment, you will need to register with the tourist office to obtain a weekly code (around € 20). 2. If you have a boxFree, there is a hotspot which allows you to log in with your personal identifiers directly. 3. 4G goes into the apartment and allows you to share a connection between your mobile4G and your tablet or computer. The resort of Val Thorens is pedestrian during the season (11/21/15 to 5/15/16); remember to reserve your parking space on valthoparc. com. END OF STAY CLEANING IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. RENTALS ARE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. The keys are handed over by a concierge service which carries out an inventory on the day of departure, by appointment. The rental does not include the supply of sheets and towels but you can rent them from this same concierge service.

Returned back this year to the apartment for another great week of skiing. Very happy again; apartment has everything required ad location is excellent for a hassle-free week skiing or accessing ValTho village.
Great little apartment for family of 4. Right on the slopes with ski in ski out. Extremely clean and Audrey was excellent with communication. We arrived early, luckily the apartment was ready, so we could get in a bit earlier. Which was very much appreciated after a long journey. Thank you
Great family stay at this property. Very convenient location in a quiet area of VT village; 15-20mtrs from an entry slope onto main ski area (making this ski-in/out) and a 2-4mins walk to shops and restos for the part of VT. Very hassle free experience throughout

A brilliant ski property for the family. Perfect location for access to slopes. It's in a nice quiet location, but still only a short walk to the bars and restaurants. Especially for the young adult generation after some nightlife.Also worth adding that the balcony was the perfect spot for watching the NYE Fireworks. Very impactful.Apartment nice and warm, fully equipped kitchen that makes self catering so much easier.Finally, the owner was amazing, great communication and in helping us access the property in good time.Many thanks
The appartment is at a nice and quiet spot of the town. However it is possisioned right under the central entree so can be pretty noisy when people step inside with their skishoes on. Bit from 10pm it stay pretty quiet. After a day of skiing we hoped for good nights of sleep. Bit the bed is horrible. It is instable, it squeeck with every mobe and the matras is as hard as a rock. So we woke up every morning with backpains and still tired. The rest of the appartment is cozy and compleet and everyting works. The view from the balcony is magnificent. For the kids there were even sleds. So they also enjoyed that .The appartement is cosy ancompleet.

We have been renting appartments for five years in the area. The appartements were always well supplied. We never lacked of usefull things to start a 3 weeks stay: no diswasher soap, no dish soap, 1 garbage bag, 1 half empty roll of toilet paper. Every place we rented the owner provided a stack of coffee pods, aluminum foil / plastic, salt /pepper even olive oil.We had only two towels for 3 weeks. The owner welcomed us with a bottle of champagne. It's a good gesture but the essentials should be a basic thing when renting. The house cleaning is less then acceptable with mold in the shower and a lot of dust on shelfs, rug and blankets. The pillows are as dead and I went to the pharmacy to buy a pillow.A major issu should be said in the rental info: the unit is located under the entrance and the ski locker area. Starting at 8 in the morning and at the end of the ski day you can ear the bagning of ski boots and the skis being stored in the lockers, people arriving after partying until late in the night, leaving early ( 5 o'clock). We also had above and under our appartement groups of young people partying.We had to ask them two times on different weeks to stop the noise.The lady living in the next door appartment apolagied and said to us that sadly "it was that kind of building"It's a pity because the appartment is well situated and well renovated.
Strategische ligging tov de pistes. Vriendelijke eigenaar, goede communicatie. Fijn appartement, voor 6 personen mogelijk wel wat krap, maar het kan wel.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.L'appartement est bien situé, proche des commerces, sans les inconvénients du bruit pour ceux qui cherchent le calme. Il est très fonctionnel et refait à neuf avec goût. Nous avons séjourné en fin de saison estivale, mais la proximité avec la station des Menuires permet d'aller chercher les animations pour les amoureux de sensations fortes comme le DH (stationnement gratuit).Un grand merci à Audrey pour sa disponibilité et de nous avoir permis de découvrir les 3 vallées. Nous y deviendrons certainement.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt zum Skifahren. Die Ausblick direkt auf die Pisten und die Berge sind klasse, man geht aus dem Haus und ist fast auf der Piste. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt, wir empfehlen nur einen beschichtete Pfanne mitzunehmen, sonst ist wirklich alles da!,

L'appartement bénéficie d'une très belle vue et du soleil.
Deuxième fois que nous venons dans cet appartement et nous y retournerons l'année prochaine. On s'y sent bien.
Nous sommes restés plus de 2 semaines dans l'appartement avec nos 2 enfantsde 9 et 11 ans. Très propre, agréable et bien aménagée. La situation est ideale. Vue sur la montagne et à côté des commodités, activités, restaurants.
