Appartement bien situé (5min à pied du centre commercial et des remontées Transarc et Villards), bien équipé (machine à laver, sèche linge, lave vaisselle) et moderne. Le propriétaire Laurent est très agréable, répond rapidement et avec précision. Toutefois: 1. plein de poussière sur les étagères des armoires et le sèche linge. 2. Situé côté vallée avec un escalier à prendre à partir du dernier étage atteint par les ascenseurs: donc attention si personne à mobilité réduite ou gros baggages. 3. Les portes des balcons sont en bois avec assez de fuites d'air. 4. L'écran plat de la chambre à coucher est pratiquement inutile avec aucune prise électrique proche dans le rayon de 3m. 5. Le matelas de la chambre à coucher est dur et peu reposant. 6. Le casier à ski en bois n'a aucune évacuation et devient donc rapidement humide avec du moisi au plancher 7. L'annonce sur Expedia précise un check-out à 11h alors qu'effectivement c'est à 10h.

Bel appartement

L’appartement est bien agencé et confortable à proximité immédiate des pistes. Le propriétaire est très réactif car nous avons eu un souci sur la serrure de notre casier à ski à notre arrivée. Il a tout de suite fait le nécessaire pour contacter une entreprise et le souci à être réglé dès le lendemain. Nous remercions également l’agence des propriétaires qui nous a prêté un radiateur d’appoint pour réchauffer l’appartement qui était très froid à notre arrivée sans doute parce qu’il n’avait pas été loué les semaines précédentes. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement en bout de couloir est très calme.

L'appartement est très bien situé à côté des pistes et des commerces. Il est très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Très fonctionnel et agréable pour y séjourner. Laurent est un hôte très disponible et réactif. Il a été d'une aide précieuse au regard des grèves des transports. Le service de conciergerie est efficient. Bref, un séjour parfait et très agréable.

Appartement absolument conforme à notre attente. Au calme, situé en fin d’immeuble et sans voisin de chaque côté. La déco résolument moderne. Une cuisine très fonctionnellle et impeccable avec son coin repas. Nous avons appprécié le fait d’y avoir en plus une machine à laver le linge. La place de garage souterrain est un avantage non négligeable. Le propriétaire est totalement disponible pour toutes demandes de renseignements.

Alles so wie erwartet und beschrieben. Gute Funktion aller Ausstattungen. Appartment vielleicht etwas dunkel und ohne Aussicht, da Erdgeschoss. Sehr sauber. Dafür aber direkt an Transarc Bahn. Unterlagen durch Vermieter sehr gut. Problemloses Parken, alles Inder Nähe (Skipass, Restaurants, Piste, Skiverleih). Fernseher nur auf Franz. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cet appartement, au calme et proche de toutes les commodités du centre de Arc 1800. Il est parfaitement équipé, et très chaleureux avec son parquet en bois. S'il faut trouver un petit défaut, c'est l'absence de canapé pour se poser le soir en famille, mais il est vrai que la configuration de la cuisine ne le permet pas. Et il faut signaler aussi qu'il n'y a pas de four, mais uniquement un four à micro-ondes. A noter également, qu'il n'y a pas de casier à skis, mais il est possible d'entreposer le matériel sur les balcons. Le parking dans la résidence est un vrai plus. Laurent est un hôte très réactif qui a répondu très précisément et très rapidement à toutes nos questions.

Nous avons été un couple avec deux enfants dans cet appartement très pratique. On a même reçu dans l appartement, bien agencé avec la cuisine ouverte. La neige était au rendez vous. La station est vraiment superbe. Je recommande vivement.

A noter également la place de parking réservée à l'appartement dans le sous-sol de la résidence, qui est très appréciable. Super logement au pieds des pistes

Logement très bien aménagé avec tout le necessaire et le garage pour la voiture. Appartement nikel organisation au top. On est au pieds des pistes et a proximité des commerces. Très bon rapport qualité prix. J espere que nous pourrons y retourner bientot.
