The ocean is calling and we invite you to the old-fashioned pleasures of sand, sun, and ocean waves.

Situated on the coast of northern California featuring miles of beaches, our beach front and ocean front home is on the beach ideal for unwind, romantic getaways, adventures, leisure, family retreats, or a simple pleasure of return to the nature. Offer year-round unique vacations, we have created a rustic-chic hide-away in the dunes that provides comfortable accommodations with spectacular ocean views and direct beach access.

Nestled in the dunes surrounding Monterey Bay, our beach house is easily accessible from the Bay Area, up and down the Golden State of California, and around the world. While there, explore the area- the celebrated Santa Cruz Boardwalk, Carmel by the Sea, Pebble Beach golf resorts, the 17-mile drive through Carmel, the famed Monterey Bay Aquarium, and Moss Landing’s Elkhorn Slough. Also blocks away is the famed Salinas Beach. Attractions in the area include Whale watching, sailing, kayaking, fishing, bird watching, cafes, and of course, beach walks. Monterey Bay is home to sea otters, dolphins, seals, sea lions, and a bird sanctuary. On lucky days, you might spot otters, seals, owls, and even whales along the shore. We have.

Our beach house is on one single-level and can accommodate up to 5 guests(4 adults)- two bedrooms (one king bed plus two twin beds), two bathrooms, a light-drenched living room with a dining area, and a kitchen. The ocean views from living room’s large windows are simply breathtaking and the direct path to the beach right from the patio is totally awesome. Go direct from patio to the beach! On your barefoot! Open the living sliding sliding door, step into the patio, and be awed by the stunning ocean. We are on the Monterey Bay, midpoint between Santa Cruz to the right and Monterey to the left. Lay before you is California sky, ocean waves, sandy beaches, and amazing sand dunes. Set your gaze at the horizon where ocean meets the sky, the crashing waves and striking ocean sounds are soul soothing yet thrilling. Step down from the patio and follow the boardwalk through the dunes to arrive at the beach. Soak in the ocean sounds and salty air, this coastline is all yours to enjoy. When the night falls, remember to gaze at the starry night sky. Spectacular and chaotic. Coming round from the ocean side, enjoy a BBQ in the quiet and private court yard ideal for schmoozing and entertaining.

We are inside a gated Monterey Dunes Colony community with many amenities and onsite staffs. Community amenities, located in the clubhouse area, are operated and maintained by the HOA and made available to guests pending seasonal availability and weather permitting. Popular amenities include hot tub, pool, pickle balls, and tennis court. Please note the outdoor swimming pool is open approximately from Easter to mid-October. Travelers are encouraged to discuss with host regarding the use of common area facilities and operation hours.

Nightly rates are posted below. A minimum of two-night stay required.

House rules, HOA rules, State and Coastal Commissions rules must be observed at all times and will be provided at the time of inquiry. Booking accepted upon acknowledgment of receipt of rules book. All guests are expected to follow all rules set forth. Any fines resulted from rule violations will be charged to travelers.
