Great host, communicated effectively during the lead up to my stay. The proximity to the Riverwalk and countless other places is very convenient. The place was exactly as advertised and I would certainly stay here again.

We are centrally located. 5min drive to downtown and Riverwalk. 7 blocks walking to The Pearl. 3 blocks to Ft Sam Houston's gate. Easy bus ride from airport. Easy access to IH10, IH35, and US281. This property has a great location. This was an easy 8 min Lyft/Uber or drive to downtown. This would be more suitable for one person as there are some smaller spaces to accommodate two people working in the kitchen together. The plumbing in the bathroom shower seemed lack luster but I was able to tighten the shower head and back plate to assist, but definitely needs some work. The host was very responsive. and lovely. Overall good place to stay.

Really wonderful accommodations with wonderful select amenities that were so appreciated - Keurig coffee maker with some complimentary coffee, everything so clean and well attended to for guest comfort, clean soft bath towels, super comfortable bed, all decorated in a warm and cozy home fashion. The house faces the expressway but is set back so far that I couldn't hear a sound at night - but, even if I could (which I couldn't), I could have turned on the night sounds device next to my bed featuring rain, or the ocean, or a number of peaceful sound effects to lull me off to sleep. Everything was perfect - I actually regretted having to check out after 3 nights because I would have enjoyed staying longer!!

Very thoughtful accommodations in a relatively good location for a great price! Check-in is easy and straightforward, the host communicated details very clearly and timely. The unit is upstairs. It is very clean and comfortable for two people. Some nice details - kitchen had a Keurig with complimentary k-cups, and bathroom had two sets of towels and available toiletries, and even a first aid kit. The location is fine - we didn’t have a car so opted for rideshares to get to the Pearl and to downtown. It is walkable to some good nearby spots like Breakaway Brewing and Volta. Checkout was also easy and straightforward. I’ll definitely consider staying here again!

Mrs. Phyllis was a wonderful host and has an adorable place. It is definitely small, but it was clean and comfortable. It was very close to downtown San Antonio, so I was able to go on lots of adventures without having to drive too far.
