This condo was very clean. The view from the huge balcony was excellent. The whole process of checking in and out went very smoothly for us. Communication was great from the host. Anytime that we had a question, we got an answer promptly. We would definitely stay there again. Royal Palms has always been our favorite spot when traveling to Gulf Shores.

Very nice and comfortable for our girls trip. Love that Royal Palms is a smaller resort so parking, distance to elevators, condo and distance to the beach is very convenient.

We had a wonderful week and hope to come back again next year. We love this condo’s location on the beach and its extra large balcony. It had everything we needed with an easy check in and out process. I highly recommend the short walk to Beach Cow Creamery.

We have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals, and this condo was by far the best one we have rented. From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as we hoped it would be.The condo was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The check-in process was completely painless, with clear instructions that made arriving and getting settled very easy. You could tell that the owners take pride in the property and have put a lot of thought into making their guests feel welcome.Everything we needed was there, and the condo was even better than we expected. It was a comfortable place to relax and truly felt like a home away from home.We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay. This was easily the best rental experience we have had.

Absolutely amazing vacation

Enjoyed every minute! The condo was great, location was perfect for us (1 mile walk to everything), the beach/ocean views were amazing! Can’t wait to go back to Gulf Shores again!

Everything was great! Only thing is when you have children or grandchildren there is only glass for all dishes and glasses. You need some plastic item for children.

Great condo on Gulf

Condo was cozy and felt like home. We spent many relaxing hours on the balcony enjoying the view including seeing a few dolphins. Location was good for beach and walking.

Beautiful view just as described

Everything was as advertised. We enjoyed the ocean views so much! The condo was perfect for me and my Mom. Elevators worked great and we appreciated the rolling carts for our luggage. We would stay here again.

Family Getaway!

Lovely property, pictures were actually what you see. The Royal Palms did not disappoint. Pool and beach were great! Enjoyed having all the seating in the tv area, for 4 people it was really nice. Would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay. Almost everything was perfect. Comfy beds, furniture, and balcony area. Owners were easy to communicate with, checkin was a breeze. We felt safe in the area. The views were amazing. We hope to stay here again.
