Great stay!

Wonderful apartment in a cute building in a great part of town. Pierre was very welcoming and the check in process was a breeze. The apartment was conveniently located and an easy walk to both the train station and the beach and everything else in between. Would happily stay here again!

Great place in superb location in the middle of Nice

We stayed here for 2 weeks with our children and had a great time. The location was superb and close to all we needed, beach, grocery store and parks. Would highly recomend the place to everyone. The only thing that could have been was the general cleaning that could have been better, should have been since cleaning is a part of the price.

Cozy apartment in the heart of Nice

The apartment is exactly as you see in the pictures, a well-furnished place ideal for 2/3 people in the Musicians quarter in Nice. It 10 minutes away from the sea and 20 from the Old Town, adjacent to the Place Mozart parking. We enjoyed our time there with our baby and we warmly suggest it for other tourists.

Great Location and Amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nice. Nice is a great walking city and your apartment was perfectly situated to take advantage of all Nice has to offer. Close to shops, cafes, museums and the Promenade Anglais we were busy every day. A short walk to the train, bus and tram stations also made this an ideal location for our day trips further afield. With many grocery stores within blocks of the apartment and a fully equipped kitchen, we were also able to enjoy preparing some great meals ourselves. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Thank you Yves and Pierre!

Overall a good stay

Location was great, property was clean enough. Communication with owner was sporadic and check-in was terrible. We had to message someone else to collect the keys, who charged us 30€ for checking in past 9pm. Our flight was delayed by 40 minutes, which we kept the check in contact updated on, but after landing he claimed we wouldn’t get into the property because it was too late. Not ideal for a couple travelling with a 10 month old. He also didn’t help with bags, and left in a hurry without explaining air con, WiFi login etc.

Great apartment in a terrific neighborhood

The building is well located as a start point to explore in every direction. It is safe and beautiful. Has an elevator. Easy access to shopping, eating, the beach and transportation. The apartment is as pretty as pictured, well appointed, light and airy and with A/C that was very much appreciated in the heat wave during my stay. It is modern, highly functional and quiet and comfortable. The owners were very responsive to questions and how to-s. I highly recommend this property as a Nice home away from home.

Appart très bien situé, propre et tranquille ascenseur un peu exigus mais on est dans un vieil immeuble super beau. À 10 min. à pied de Jean Médecin. Par contre la rue Rossini est assez passante et ça peu être dérangeant surtout la nuit. L'accueil de Pierre Yves super gentil.
