We loved our stay. This home is in a great location, just steps to the beautiful beach. Convenient to lots of cute restaurants, shops, and parks and downtown St. Augustine. The space is open and airy with lots of natural light and the fenced in yard was great. It was well-stocked, clean, and the A/C units worked well and were not overly loud. Host was helpful and responsive. We'd definitely stay here again! Recommend adding a few luggage racks to use.

A very fun stay! We loved the proximity to the beach and the beautiful high ceilings and windows. The beds could use an upgrade, not the most comfortable. Also, the backyard area and outdoor furniture aren’t quite as pictured in the photos. That was not a deal breaker for us but the quality of the grass and the outdoor tables and chairs don’t line up to the pictures. We also didn’t realize the fridges were small and not full size. Overall a good stay and you really can’t beat the location.

The host was extremely flexible and knowledgeable of the area. The home is well stocked with a wonderful kitchen and living area. We couldn't have asked for a better location. We brought our dogs and the fenced yard was a bonus. Access to the beautiful wide beach was a very short walk out the front door. Restaurants were in walking distance too. It's a fantastic place to stay, Morgan is a wonderful host!
