The Red Dog Lodge is well located for our activities and offers all the comforts of home in a beautiful setting. It is clean with a well equipped kitchen and an awesome grill. we'll definitely be back!

Our stay at the Red Dog Lodge was perfect. The lodge had everything we needed for our weekend away. It was super clean and easy to have our dog at. Erin was incredibly easy to work with. She helped us out with a small issue we had before booking. The lodge is nicely located near the town but still feels like being out in the woods. I would highly recommend the Red Dog Lodge.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Red Dog Lodge. We love it there. It’s great for kayaking and canoeing from or to. And there’s a party store and bar/restaurant that are both walkable or a very quick drive. We also love that we can take our dog, and they have a nice big yard for her to run (unfenced). The owners are great to communicate with and friendly. We plan to go back again in the future.

Everything was just as expected plus cozy and family friendly. Loved how the home was decorated and had plenty things to keep everyone busy from fly fishing in the back yard to the lumberjack festival in Lewiston. Very enjoyable stay.

this cabin was SPOTLESS,well stocked with everything you would ever need.The kitchen applainces are all there with even a toaster ,slow cooker and good quality cookware.The bbq grill had a full tank of propane and has a diswasher,washer and dryer that we used,A well manicured lawn and river access that was very peaceful,big screen tv and tv upstairs,air conditioning,good cooktop stove,oven and whatever you need .Very peaceful and within distance to all areas traverse city,gaylord,grayling,lewiston.boyne mountain.Wish now We would of booked it for 2 weeks instead of one.Give the hosts a 10 rating as this place is clean,well stocked and awesome location.EZ mart and restaurant and canoe launch just 2 minutes away.The wife even asked me to give the owners a offer to purchase it.Again the best place we have been since yusing VRBO comfortable and super clean !!Will be back again next year as always go north for a vacation.We give this a 10 rating Thank you

Had a great time at the RD Lodge. Spent time hanging out in the river, near by tavern was good, did some local canoeing and tubing, BBQ, and cooked some of our own family dinners.

Fly fishing, family time, a great weekend away. Accommodations were cozy, clean and perfect for our 2 families. Fish weren’t biting much but we had a blast!
