Rikki is a charming but yet Modern and updated two story home with an open space layout. The master bedroom is upstairs with a master bathroom and a beautiful balcony. A guest room with a great view is also upstairs along with a full guest bathroom. The second guest room is downstairs along with a 1 half bathroom. There are two very comfy sofa beds in the livingroom. It has a Large fenced backyard with136 feet of no Bank Lakefront, RV Parking. Stunning Views of the Sound and Mountains. Fenced Yard. Marina within 2 minutes. Large Deck that is great for bbq. Super cozy with a great vibe.

Golf Week

The listing said there was air conditioning and there wasn’t. There was fans. I would never had picked that house if I had known there was no air conditioning. We couldn’t open the windows because there were no screens and lots of mosquitoes outside. The house was too warm and the fans didn’t take care of that. The couches were uncomfortable. The back deck had a breeze but there were lots of cob webs that should have been cleared away. The deck swing had no cushions on it. The barbecue grill was really caked with food and cheese and nothing to clean it with so we couldn’t use it. We did enjoy the house. It was very pretty and clean.

Beautiful and comfortable.

Beautiful place. Safe neighborhood. Lots of thoughtful additions. Good for children. Comfortable beds. Hosts easy to reach for any needs. Nice porch and view of “lake”.

Great views, nice neighborhood

Nice updated house with amazing views of the lake and sunsets. We enjoyed the new deck and propane fire. A few handyman fixes are needed along with some ‘deep’ cleaning, but expected with a ‘rental’. A few things to note: The master bedroom doesn’t have a regular door, there are these two folding closet door types with no handles to open or close. This made it very hard for any privacy since the toilet and shower are totally open in the same room. The master closet is locked so no hidden place for suitcases and clothes. Also, there are no opening windows in the room for fresh air or circulation, only the deck slider which doesn’t have a screen door. However, the bed was very comfortable and the shower is enormous! There was nothing we couldn’t work around and we will definitely rent again. So many nice welcome touches from the owner, Ester, and great communication. Thank you for providing this home for our awesome Father’s Day Weekend!!!
