Small studio with room "seaside"

We welcome you in this small studio full foot adjoining the house in a very quiet, 10 minutes from the island of Ré and 5 minutes from La Rochelle by car. Quick access to Paris and Bordeaux.
Presence of an animal (dog) that is an integral part of the family!

Independent entrance, kitchen, bathroom and separate wc.
Car parking in front of the house, motorcycle or bicycle in the house.
WiFi access.

This studio includes the bedroom overlooking a private garden, a kitchen with kitchenette, fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, a bathroom with shower basin and towel radiator, and separate toilet.
Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as crockery.
The room overlooks a private garden with table and chairs to take your meals outside when the weather permits.
CONSULT me for the use of the pool because it is on the private part of the house.

The neighborhood is nice and very quiet, close to a bike path, and the commercial area of Beaulieu (many shops restaurants and a hypermarket U); In the village: a pharmacy, 2 bakeries, a butcher and bar / tobacco / press (7 min walk); The beaches are 10 minutes by car.

week end de 2 jours chez Sophie

Nous étions 2 amies à venir séjourner le temps d'un week end chez Sophie. Elle nous a réservé un très bon accueil, pleine d'attention, de gentillesse. Sa maison est propre, proche de la Rochelle, la literie est confortable et Sophie arrange avec gôut sa maison pour donner le plus de plaisir à ses hôtes. On reviendra, pour profiter aussi du jardin, du spa et visiter les alentours un peu plus. merci et à bientôt, Olivia et Valérie
