La casa y la piscina muy bien pero esta muy lejos de la playa y no tiene ni arcenes ni aceras para pasear . La casa está distribuida en tres zonas muy bien pero la cantidad de mosquitos es horrible sobre todo en la zona de piscina.

Wir waren 3 Paare und ein 8 jähriges Kind. Das Studio war für uns nicht zugänglich (inkl. 1 Badezimmer). Das 4te Zimmer im Parterre ist ein Durchgangszimmer ohne Klimaanlage und ohne Schrank. Auf der Terrasse waren 6 Stühle mit 4 Kissen, davon 1 Stuhl defekt, der Tisch zerfällt. Stühle im Poolbereich zur Hälfte defekt und notdürftig zusammengeklebt. 2 Sonnenschirme (für 7 Personen) mit Rissen (teilweise zusammen genäht). Batterien für 2 Fernbedienungen Klima leer. Netz für Poolreinigung gefehlt. Probleme mit Elektrizität (Sicherung ständig rausgefallen nach Regen), verursacht durch unsachgemässe Entfernung einer Lampe ohne Isolierung der abgekappten Drähte. Grill bei Ankunft voll mit altem Karton. Alles in allem wären einige Erneuerungen angebracht (Liegestühle, Matratzen, Klimaanlage im oberen Zimmer rechts etc.)

Une très belle région à découvrir, un service réactif des personnes qui entretiennent le jardin. ( probleme d’eau rattrapée en deux jours dans la piscine.) Sympa les moustiques qui accompagnent toutes nos soirées… La literie mériterait un changement de matelas car les ressorts se font bien trop ressentir. Au final un très bon séjour que je recommande vivement.

SE PODRIA MEJORAR EL MANTENIMIENTO

La Casa en términos generales esta bien, las habitaciones y el salón bien, la zona de barbacoa de la piscina está genial, pero las zonas de jardín están descuidadas, en la zona de aparcamiento había un saco con escombro y un palé, en la zona de jardín junto a la piscina había resto del solado de la piscina y el jardín anexo estaba bastante descuidado, cuando llegamos la piscina estaba con el agua muy turbia, se fue recuperando durante nuestra estancia. a no ser por estos pequeños detalles por lo demás bién.

Superbe maison familiale

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison. Parfaitement propre, très bien équipée, tout est pensé dans le détail ! Belle piscine, le seul problème est que la maison est tellement bien que vous aurez pas envie d’en sortir ! Située dans un quartier calme à quelques minutes des plages en voiture .... nous vous recommandons cette maison.

la villa est très agréable et les prestations sont nombreuses,tout est bien pensé,nous n'avons manqué de rien.chambres spacieuses,salle de bain aussi,climatisation partout,grande piscine,cuisine très bien équipée,ustensiles et couverts de qualité(bien souvent dans les locations ce n'est pas le cas),coin salon très spacieux aussi,TV en français(assez rare pour etre précisé),billard,jeux,coin cuisine d'été avec tout prévu pour grillades...machines a café(capsules) dans les deux cuisines..localisée dans un quartier calme beaucoup plus aéré par rapport au centre de javéa,plus agréable quand il fait chaud..que du +++ je recommande. très bon choix a javéa.
