Highly recommend this house! Wayne made the process so easy to check in and our family loved this stay. Very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen for cooking, and great pool area to enjoy! Easy beach access with little to no crowds. We loved getting to bike around and it was easy to bike into seaside! Wayne was a wonderful host!!! We will definitely be back!

Location, location, location! This is an adorable house right in the heart of town and just a few minutes walk to the beach. The beaches were great and not crowded and the pool at the house was clean. The house itself was clean and the host was very nice and responsive when we had an issue with one of the toilets not flushing. Overall we had a great stay and would come back here again.

The walker house is a great place to stay at Grayton, it is wonderful to not have to hike to get to the beach or sweat finding a parking space. The house is very cozy and inviting and the pool is great. Wayne is an excellent host and communicated regularly. Would definitely stay again.

The many outdoor spaces were a highlight. Follow the sun, or the shade to the screened in porch, open porch or pool. Nice location to the beach and to the restos in downtown Graytoh. The house has character and charm, reflecting the fact that it is an older, but nicely kept, actual beach house. We loved it.

Excellent Home for Families

My family had a wonderful stay at the Walker House. It was a perfect location with a heated pool for our little ones to splash in after trips to the beach around the corner. It had everything we needed and was so peaceful. We can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful week. Great location and super quick walk to beach either direction. Uncrowded beaches. Really nice back yard pool that we enjoyed. We had our own gear but Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, wagons available to use.

This is the perfect little beach cottage for a family! So close to all the amenities in Grayton and so close to the beach! Pool is wonderful for the kids too! Definitely will be back

Quick Little Getaway

We loved the beach atmosphere starting with the Walker House, the neighborhood, and the beach. We had a great time and we are really interested in making a return trip in 2025.
