Attic apartment three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchenette fully renovated with premium appliances. It has a lovely terrace with chillout from which you can see the sunset behind a pine forest. communal garden area with three swimming pools and paddle tennis court. Parking.
The apartment is located about 200 meters from the beach which is reached by a wooden path that crosses protected dunes. The complex has the only 18-hole Golf Island.
A 4-minute walk there are several restaurants and pubs and playgrounds, you can do water sports and golfing.
10 Km. From Fornells, where the Yacht Club performing sports activities (sailing, windsurfing, skiing, diving) is etc. and numerous restaurants, shops and leisure activities.
Apartment leave several trekking routes of the famous "Horse Road" that goes around the island.

clean and modern appartment for familly

Evrething was clean and we had all things in kitchen. The view from balcony was stunning. Before we came we recieve Indtructions and suggestions about evrething in appartment. The communication was excelent. From the appartment it was 5 min walk till beutifull beach. We enjoy the staying in Menorca because of the nice appartments.

Great for happy hour on balcony

Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfasts outside and watching the sunset with a cool drink every evening. October Is a quiet month with some restaurants already closed for winter. Don't miss the obvious close to hand one on the beach, car park side. We enjoyed some large lunchtime meals there.

La casa, pulita e arredata con cura, è dotata di tutti i confort per vivere una vacanza rilassante, comprese lavatrice e lavapiatti. Per chi ama cucinare, l'unico limite è dato dalle sole due piastre a induzione. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili e hanno lasciato in casa libri e mappe per facilitare l'esplorazione dell'isola.

Very nice and stylish place with a good compound just a short stroll to the beach, but not clean.

The appartment plus the surrounding is nice. Everything you need for a family vacation. The owners were very caring and ordered the maintenance service to fix the problems. Only disadvantage: The appartment was not very clean, a vacuum cleaner wasn´t there and overall a bit worn down.

We send the lady next morning to fix it. The vacuum cleaner broke and we already have one avalable again. Thanks for your feed back. Fantástico, inolvidable estancia

El alojamiento sorprende desde la llegada: el complejo residencial resulta tranquilo, con varias piscinas, zonas verdes bien cuidadas, muy cerca de la playa a la que se accede mediante pasarela de madera... al entrar en la vivienda las buenas sensaciones se disparan aún más, exquisito diseño y buen gusto, muy práctico en cuanto a distribución y repleto de detalles y soluciones que hacen la estancia más agradable. No falta de nada, incluso juguetes para los niños, equipo de música para los jóvenes, utensilios de cocina y de playa, hamacas, etc. El altillo fué el lugar preferido de los peques, el sofá cama hizo aún más polivalente el alojamiento. Pasamos unos días en família inolvidables, las mejores vacaciones que podíamos soñar. Servicio de limpieza excelente, trato con la propiedad excelente, precio muy razonable... Repetiremos sin ninguna duda ;)

Bellissimo appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Arredamento nuovo , moderno e funzionale. Inserito in un nucleo residenziale stupendo con tre piscine a disposizione e una altrettanto bella spiaggia a pochi passi. Terrazzo con vista piscina dove la sera si gode pure di un bel tramonto. La Signora Rosa mette a disposizione anche tutto ciò che serve x i bimbi, dai giochi da spiaggia ai seggiolini x l'auto. Servizio eccellente.

Great spot to relax and feel comfortable

We were 4 friends to spend a long weekend in the completely refurbished apartment. The furniture and design is very modern with loving attention to detail and every equipment you might need during your vacation. Even some games and a child car seat were there. We didn't miss anything. The surroundings with the pool are also really well-kept and nice. The beach nearby is beautiful. We received very detailed instructions from Rosa to find the spot and keys easily. You definitely need a car to get there and to discover the island and restaurants and bodegas off the beaten tracks. Those restaurants and pubs nearby are very touristy. So, we say thank you for such a nice and clean location for our short Menorca holidays.

Estancia genial

Bonito apartamento de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. La terraza era lo suficientemente grande para poder comer en ella y con un sofá para poder tomarte una copa relajado mientras miras la puesta de sol. El apartamento esta en una buena ubicación y tiene 3 piscinas donde podías bañarte hasta altas horas de la noche con lo que apenas había nadie y podías tomarte un baño muy relajado una vez los niños estaban acostados. Era una zona muy tranquila y había varios supermercados y restaurantes a menos de 5 minutos andando y a 5 minutos está también la playa a la cual se accede mediante una pasarela de madera muy bonita. Es un apartamento totalmente recomendable para familias con niños, estos se lo pasaron en grande. Sin duda repetiremos!
