Regency Isle Unit 702 - Gulf Front, Huge Balcony, Amazing Views.

DIRECT GULF-Front unit on the seventh floor of Regency Isle in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama. Renovated in December 2022 with new cabinets, Quartz countertops, lighting, and a walk in shower in the main bedroom bath. Ceramic tile on the balcony adds a great touch! Regency Isle is one of the premier condo buildings on the Gulf Coast. This 1330 Square foot unit has been completely renovated and includes 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and an oversized balcony. The complex includes both indoor and outdoor pools, located on the Gulf side, fitness center and covered picnic area with four gas grills. Unit comes with covered parking and a designated parking space.

If you've never been to OBA, you should know that location is KEY! Regency Isle's beach front is less crowded than most and, when you sit on the balcony, you see the Gulf of Mexico, not the neighbors next door! Work directly with the owners, not a rental agency!

The beautiful master suite includes a king bed and floor to ceiling sliding glass door that opens on to the gulf-from balcony. The en-suite master bathroom boasts a walk in spacious closet and double sinks. The guest bedroom has two queen beds and its own en-suite bath with a single vanity and tub/shower. (*pictures not yet updated to show the two beds!) The unit also features a half bath off the main entrance with adjacent laundry room featuring a full size washer and dryer. Each room has a WIFI enabled smart TV. Hopefully you’ll be out enjoying the beauty of the area but its a great place to relax if it rains.

Our unit hosts a fully stocked kitchen with new stainless appliances, coffee maker and a full set of plates, glasses and utensils. An air mattress is available if needed. The separate wet bar features a new ice maker to ensure you have plenty of ice to enjoy your sunset cocktails on the deck.

Orange Beach is known for its peaceful beauty and abundant activities including deep sea fishing, para sailing and abundance of great restaurants. The world famous Flora-Bama is located a short walking distance away and is a definite “go to”. They are known for good food, great live music and is home of the world famous “bushwhacker”. My wife and I are busy professionals in Omaha, NE. We love to travel and spend time with family and friends. Our goal was to find a place our four young adult children could bring their families (when they have them!) and make lasting memories, OB fills the bill!

Why they chose this property

We came to Orange Beach in August 2018 for the first time. We loved it so much, 60 days later we were condo owners! In our opinion, Regency Isle is the perfect spot on the beach. Low density units surround us and it easy to find a great spot on the beach for you, your family or friends. We have traveled quite a bit and seen many beautiful places, the peaceful serenity, spectacular white sugar sand beaches, and incredible people made us realize this is the right place for us.
