Ground floor apartment with 120sqm terrace and direct access to the pool and community garden, close to the Arenal beach (5min walk) and all amenities. The property is on 1 level comprises: entrance hall, lounge-dining room with access to the terrace, kitchen with utility room and access to private garden, shower room.

The master bedroom with king size bed, dressing table and mirror, large closets, bathroom en suite, dressing room, directly overlooking the balcony.

The second bedroom doubles with fitted wardrobes and a separate shower room.

The 3rd bedroom room with double beds and wardrobes and a separate shared shower room.

The apartment has air conditioning and heating in all three bedrooms and the living / dining room which is suitable for all seasons.

Sun loungers are available.

Secure underground parking with elevator access.

Muy bien todo aunque la tele no tenia la señal de España y no pudimos verla ningún día. Tampoco nos dieron solucion y estuvimos sin televisión toda la estancia. Por lo demás todo estupendo y una atención muy buena.

Generally a well maintained and pleasant apartment in a very convenient location

The apartment was mostly in good order and well equipped. The master bedroom and bathroom were a good size as was the second bedroom. The third bedroom however is not really big enough for two beds and our two girls found it very cramped. The shower in the shared bathroom was so incredibly small that our teenagers found it very hard to use. Also the shower wall bracket in the main bathroom was broken so it had to be hand held as it sprayed at the back wall otherwise and you could not stand under the water. The communal pool is rather small for the number of people wanting to use it and the two hour closing period in the middle of the afternoon was annoying as was the no inflatables rule although I can understand why they have this due to the size of the pool and the number of people. The location behind the arenal is great just a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. There is plenty of on street parking and we didn't bother with the underground parking space. The outside terrace was well equipped with plenty of chairs and a large table meaning we were able to comfortably seat ten people for dinner, a good roll out sunshade and plenty of sun loungers. It was nice to be on the ground floor with direct access to the pool.
