Just a short walk to enjoy 600 ft of private beach at Heritage Sands and 300 ft. of beach at Haigis Beach, both on Nantucket sound, under a 2/10 mile walk. Leave the car in the driveway. This roomy 2 bedroom beach cottage, located on a sandy quiet dead end street great for kids, has 960 sq ft of space, offering extra room to relax in either the living room or family room, both with HDTVs and pull out sofa sleepers. The living room has a vaulted ceiling and skylight (LOFT IS NOT FOR TENANT USE), while the family room has a vintage pine board ceiling and tons of windows. Nautical décor and local photographs carry the beach theme throughout. The eat-in kitchen has white cabinets, glass top range, subway tile backsplash, and a breakfast bar. Hardwood floors throughout and recessed lighting in the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioners and ceiling fans in the bedrooms ensure a good night sleep. Bathroom has a tub, pedestal sink, and washer/dryer. Step outside and you’ll enjoy a large brick patio with patio table/chairs/umbrella, and gas grill for outside dining. A beautiful & private landscaped yard with an enclosed outdoor shower provides an area to relax after the beach. For those who want to stay connected, WIFI and a Bluetooth stereo receiver are provided for your enjoyment.
