This property had many great qualities for a great time on Hilton Head! We loved the short walk to the beach (about 1/3 mile) and all the beach equipment we could use. It’s not well advertised in the listing, but our family also enjoyed the onsite pool. There are a lot of stairs in the condo and kitchen isn’t huge. We still had no problem cooking several meals since the kitchen was fully stocked. Overall, it was a great value for the location and amenities.

Property was adequate. Small kitchen. Great location. .three levels, be prepared to climb steps. No powder room on first floor. Air freshener a must. Cleaning was below average, carpets were filthy & King bed on 3rd floor was too soft.

Excellent place!

We loved this rental! Layout was fantastic for our family loved that the main bedroom was its own floor with patio. Very clean, kitchen was well-stocked, and it was close to everything. We hope to stay there again and again!

Relaxing Getaway

Had a wonderful relaxing holiday in this lovely property. Loved that it felt like you were immersed in nature and only a short walk from the beach. House was very spacious for five adults and very comfortable. Had everything you could need. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Hilton head.

Lots of steps with three levels, but worth it to have so much space! Convenient walk to beach and Coligny Plaza. Pool was great! Very well stocked with everything we needed. Loved everything about our stay.

Hilton Head Vacay 2025

The property was very nice. It had everything we needed and plenty of space for 5 adults and one 6 month old. The location was perfect! We could walk easily to the beach and to Coligny Plaza. Having some beach chairs and a wagon available for our use was an added bonus. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Good Family Fun

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seascape Villas. The condo is a short walk/bike ride to the beach and Coligny Park. The furnishings are very tasteful and everything that you would need for your vacation is provided. Definitely recommend!

Great Location

The condo was clean and well-kept. The pools were nice and convenient and the beach only about a 5-minute walk. Could use an audit and update of some kitchen supplies, but overall, a nice and comfortable property.
