Villa Anatoli - Luxury seafront villa with private infinity pool

Villa Anatoli is a fully renovated villa, ideal for big families or groups of friends who want a relaxing holiday with Mediterranean charm. The splendid sunrises will entice you to wake up early and you won't wish to leave the beauty of this little piece of heaven. The only interruption to the endless blue of the Ionian Sea and the summer sky are the islands on the horizon. Directly dominating the sea with an exceptional view of the surrounding islands of Meganissi, Kefalonia and Ithaca, Anatoli is located only 400m from a lovely little pebble beach, accessible by a short, steep path. The charm of the villa and the magic of the place make this place the best to rest. The beautiful garden framing the blue color of the endless sea as a magnificent painting. This villa will also seduce you with the lovely and very personal decoration and crafting (each bathroom has its own unique handmade mosaic).

# OUTSIDE

Once the car is parked, nice stairs lead you into the villa.
The large windows around the living-room immediately sets the mood. A stony terrace around the turquoise waters of the swimming pool. You will have the impression you dive into the deep blue of the sea where boats are sailing. The south shady terrace near the eating area, with charcoal barbecue and hammock, is completed with sun chairs around the swimming pool (9m x 4m). On the west side, after the shower surrounded by hibiscus, is a shady lounge to relax, read or have a drink at the end of the day. The terrace continues to the East side with a canopy and a hidden terrace with a small Greek table for whom desires more privacy. A short walk through the vegetation enables you to join the garden level room.

# GARDEN LEVEL

1 bedroom with twin beds (90 x 200) and bathroom (shower and wc); private terrace in the shade of a wonderful bougainvillea. From there, a small stony path through the vegetation leads directly to the main terrace and the swimming pool.

# GROUND FLOOR

On the left side of the entrance, stairs are guiding you to the garden level. On the opposite, two steps give access to a room with double bed 160 x 200, its own bathroom with toilets and a direct access to the “hidden” terrace.
On your left side, an independent bathroom with tub, then the large living-room (TV satellite, DVD reader), the dining room and the equipped kitchen (freezer, dishwasher, oven) will seduce you with their whitened exposed beams and the splendid view to the pool and the sea. Finally, you’ll find the large storeroom with wash machine.

# 1ST FLOOR

The white room with double bed (160 x 200), its own bathroom semi opened (with shower and toilets) and decorated with beautiful white pebbles. On the same floor, there is an extra bedroom over the living room with 2 single beds (90 x 200) that can connect to one king size bed.

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.

# ACCESS

Villa Anatoli is located 2,5 km from the village of Sivota, Lefkada, with a beautiful view over the Ionian Sea and its islands.
Kindly be advised that the last 20 meters to arrive to the villa is non-asphalted dirt road.

Please note that an additional 15€/day enviromental tax should be paid in cash directly to the owner upon arrival.
