About this property

Spacious marsh-front home in Bethany Bay, a waterfront golf community (9 holes). House features large living-dining room with view of the marsh and Whites Creek. It has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 to 10 people. Good-size screened-in porch and terrace, facing south.

The master bedroom has a King size bed. Second bedroom a Queen size bed plus a futon which converts into another Queen size bed if needed. The two upstairs bedrooms have 2 single beds each. Guests will have to bring their own sheets and pillow cases; as well as their own towels. Rental starts on Saturdays, two weeks minimum, at 4:00pm. House needs to be vacated on Saturday morning by 10:00 am to give my cleaning lady time to clean it before the next guests arrive.
I also have a handyman whose telephone number I will give you after you make your booking. He is available for technical problems that you cannot resolve yourself. I also supply pool passes which you should find on the kitchen table and which you should leave on the same spot for the next guests when you leave. The keys to the house I will let you know how I will get those in your hands.

Great Location

Close to everything. Quiet community. Listing should only say 3 BR with Attic room above garage which was warm even with fans on. My kids would not sleep in there. Overall nice house had a great time!

Ocean view Bethany Bay

Everything was spot on from initial contact with Hendrik to arrival with Ed showing us around and making us familiar with everything in and around the property as well as the surrounding area. We had a lovely time and as mentioned everything was as if we were at home. We would highly recommend this property if you wanted a lovely ‘quiet’ couple of weeks away to recharge. It was a shame the internet and television weren’t working however this was due to cable upgrades on the estate so out of the owners control - that said we had a lovely time so didn’t miss this not working too much. Thanks again Hendrik and Ed for everything, we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Herb and family.
