TrÚs bon emplacement : trÚs belle vue sur la plage de Testraou, accÚs immédiat au sentier des douaniers allant vers Ploumanach. La plage est à 2 minutes à pied. Le centre-ville est à 1 km mais il y a des restaurants et des commerces proches de la plage. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont trÚs récentes. Bonne literie.

Die Wohnung wurde uns in unbewohnbarem Zustand ĂŒbergeben. Es lag ein erheblicher Wasserschaden vor. Der gesamte Boden der Wohnung war vollgesogen und zwar soweit, dass es zu ElektrikausfĂ€llen kam. Der Schafen war dem Vermieter bestens bekannt, denn in der KĂŒche war das TrocknungsgerĂ€t versteckt, welches wohl vor unserer Ankunft schnell beiseite geschafft wurde. Check-in unmöglich. Es war nur eine Handlangerin des Vermieters vor Ort, deren einziger Kommentar zum Zustand der Wohnung ein unverschĂ€mtes "Je Sues desolĂ©we" war. Expedia uns ihre Subunternehmen waren hier auch wenig hilfreich. Sie vermitteln ja nur... Bei einem solchen Vermieterverhalten kann ich nur sagen: Finger weg!

Direkt am Meer

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wie abgebildet. Die Minuspunkte gehen an An- und Abreisetermin. Zeitlich nicht gut abgestimmt, dann doch wieder anders. Lage ist sehr schön, aber Terrasse wird als Parkplatz benutzt, Vorteil ist das eigene Auto vor der TĂŒr. Das Doppelbett ist 1,40 m breit, was fast typisch ist fĂŒr Frankreich ist. FĂŒr frisch verliebte optimal. Die Fenster in den SchlafrĂ€umen sind ebenerdig mit der Straße. BettwĂ€sche musste man doch selbst mitbringen. Tauben nisten direkt ĂŒber Terrasse, gleichzeitig Eingang, man musste mit den KlappstĂŒhlen ( Terassenmöbel ) etwas Abstand halten. Das Hochbett ist sehr niedrig und die Matraze fĂŒllt den Bettrahmen nicht aus ( zu klein ). Die KĂŒche ist super bestĂŒckt und optimal, alles da. Das Badezimmer auch optimal. Die Aussicht ist genial, wenn nicht zu viele Autos vor dem Haus stehen. Man hat die komplette Sicht auf die ganze Bucht. Kurze Wege zum Bootsverleih und zu BĂ€cker und anderen GeschĂ€ften. Insgesamt sehr schön.

Superbe semaine Ă  Perros Guirec

Nous avons passé une trÚs bonne semaine avec une sperbe météo. Nous avons pu déjeuner tout les jours devant l'appartement grùce au mobilier de jardin. Nos hÎtes furent trÚs accueillant. Plein de ballades sur les chemins cÎtiers.Bref un trÚs bonne semaine.

 et sur la cabine de chantier

A notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons Ă©tĂ© surpris de constater que la redidenve Ă©tait en chantier. Pendant deux jours, nous nous sommes demandĂ©s si nous n’allions pas ĂȘtre rĂ©veillĂ©s par des bruits de perceuse ou de mini-pelle. En dĂ©finitive, ce ne fut pas le cas. Cependant, nous avions louĂ© cet appartement en grande partie pour sa vue imprenable sur l’ocĂ©an. Et lĂ , grosse dĂ©ception: devant notre fenĂȘtre trĂŽnait la cabine de chantier, avec toilettes, etc. Nous aurions aimĂ© ĂȘtre prĂ©venus lors de la rĂ©servation de la prĂ©sence de cette roulotte de chantier. A part ça, appartement trĂšs propre et fonctionnel, rĂ©gion superbe pour les amateurs de randonnĂ©es sur les sentiers douaniers.

Der Ort Perros-Guirec, speziell der Strand, die Gastronomie, das Personal, die gesamte Gegend - alles perfekt und unbedingt eine Reise wert. Das Vermieter-Ehepaar ist sehr sehr freundlich, wohnte zeitweise neben unserem Apartement und gab uns bereitwillig Informationen. Die Bretagne ist ein Land des LĂ€chelns. Schönes Apartment mit Meerblick

Ein sehr sauberes und schön eingerichtetes Apartment mit Bilck aufs Meer. In der NĂ€he befinden sich der Strand und ein BĂ€cker, alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. ParkplĂ€tze sind am Haus vorhanden. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, fĂŒr uns hat alles perfekt gepasst.

Guter Empfang durch die Besitzerin selbst. In der Wohnung alles wie abgemacht, ebenfalls der Check-out. Perros-Guirec ist auch im September eine Reise wert, weniger voll, aber nicht ausgestorben, fĂŒr uns gerade richtig.
