Would stay again. Only thing we would change would be for the kitchen to be a little better stocked with measuring spoons, strainer, and a few other essentials to be able to enjoy the very nicely updated kitchen.

We had a great time. The condo was well equipped, high end finishes and decor. Spent most of the time on the balcony soaking in the view and watching the boats go by. Owner was easy to work with.

Everything was great. We enjoyed both the unit and location. The views were awesome and we really enjoyed watching the boats. The complex was very clean and well maintained even though it was a holiday. Would defiantly stay here again.

Quick getaway

We came down to Orange Beach for a quick recharge as the summer was coming to an end. This condo was great and met all our needs. Location was awsome and the sunrise was spectacular each morning. The beds slept well and it was great to have 3 bathrooms. Would definitely book here again.

This was our first sisterscation and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Very clean and comfortable condo. Good parking with easy in and out access. Tim was very quick in answering my questions and gave us great recommendation for places to eat. I definitely recommend it.

Family Trip to Orange Beach

Very nice upgraded and comfortable unit 305. Could not have been better. Great internet, wi-fi, TV, deck furniture, interior furniture and decorations. Great kitchen, ice maker, very well furnished. Great location on the inlet and the beach. Lots of fun to watch the boats in and out of Orange Beach and the folks on the beach.

Love this condo

We all absolutely loved everything about this condo. It was clean, had necessities in each bathroom and kitchen which was nice that we didn’t need to buy hand soap or dish soap. The owner was fast to answer any questions. I love the location of the condo. We will stay there again.

Wonderful condo !

Condo was spacious and clean and comfy. Never waited on an elevator and plenty of parking spaces. My husband and son caught their limit fishing on the jetties while us girls watched from the beach. Beach was not crowded at all. Definitely would stay here again.

We are from Texas and have been traveling to the Orange Beach area to vacation with family. We love the area and decided we wanted to buy a condo and offer it to renters! We will retire in this great area.

Why they chose this property

We looked at so many properties and decided on Grand Pointe because of the incredible views, spacious, updated condo and the building amenities. It's also a low density property, no waits for elevators or stumbling over people at beach or pool. Sitting on the large balcony watching the dolphins and boats, or cooking in the kitchen looking out at the water is so relaxing. The property has an indoor pool and hot tub for winter time so you can swim year round. The BBQ area under the gazebo is great.
